Food is not good at all. The selection is not large to begin with, plus half the trays are empty. Don't be fooled by the price, spend the extra 10$ and go to the Mandarin. Business advice to you guys, don't use no name garbage to keep your prices cheap in order to compensate. People will pay more money for a better experience and food. Rebuild your brand before it's too late

Updated: this place used to be a go to place. Especially for families on a budget. It is unbelievable that for the same level of food served over years that the price for one person is $27 plus tip. I fully understand there is inflation. But for a place that has a quarter of the mandarin items. As well as many other all you can eat in st catharines. This is very unfortunate. As the dessert option were only 4 items. And many the trays being full but food being cold. Slow service on plates being cleared and water being refilled. Today was my last visit here. Sad dayUnder new management! Trays of food are actually monitored and refilled. Best bang for your buck when it comes to All you can eat Chinese food. I eat here at least once a month. If all trays are full you are sure to enjoy your food for the price you pay. Hopefully they can keep up the good work

Because of the pandemic it has been a while since we came to this restaurant, though it was always one of our top favourites. But today they really blew our minds! Apparently they have new owners and staff and the quality of their food now and absolutely incredible! We were all raving about it. Even our 11 year old son couldn't stop talking about how good the broccoli was and he wants me to get the recipe, LOL! Best food ever!

DO NOT RECOMMEND NOW THAT THERE ARE NEW OWNERS/MANAGEMENT! Was told my order placed by phone would be ready in 25 minutes (I ordered before 4pm). I went to pick up my order, paid, and waited close to an hour for my food. After close to an hour wait, I was told by a staff member that the owners put my food in the buffet as people were complaining the buffet was empty and I was asked to wait longer for more food to be cooked. The staff member asked the owner if she could offer a gift card for the inconvenience to which the owner said they don't do that. At that point I asked for my money back and left. I will not return. Horrible customer service.

First time I've been to a buffet in a long time for my kids I've never been no service was fantastic, food was really good.. really really good the price was right on the mark 80 bucks me and three kids and we were stuffed the water was ice cold the lady that served us couldn't have been more professional.We can't wait to go backThe mango chicken was, oh my God, good enough to dream about..lol

Your run of the mill Chinese buffet. Food wasn't bad but nothing to write home about either. Service was lethargic considering we were one of only two tables in the entire restaurant at the time. Overall, not a bad place to catch a bite to eat but there are better Chinese restaurants in town both in terms of quality of food and service.

STAY AWAY!!!!For $27 per person this restaurant is an absolute atrocity. Empty trays, slow service, and lack of options. You have to get your own water so in a way I guess it’s authentic to the buffet style. Even to pay your bill you have to put in some effort to flag someone down because no one bothers to check on you.To top it off there was a dead fly in the jello!Stay away. Save your money.

We usually love Chinese food, and we were very disappointed with this place. (This used to be our favourite place before new owners ruined it) When we arrived the waitress basically told us to find a seat which we did, then after waiting for another 10-15 minutes, my husband had to flag down the waitress to place our drink order. We had to order soup from the waitress (it was not in the buffet area) it was bland, and tasted old. The buffet itself was nothing special, trays were half empty, vegetables looked soggy and slimy, the chicken fried rice tasted like tin, chicken wings were fatty, the dessert and salad areas didn’t have much selection, just overall quality was disgusting. The one waitress looked like she didn’t want to be there. We will not be going back. I will be surprised if we don’t get sick. Stay away and save your money!!

It was very nice experience to have my lunch there. Staffs are very nice. Food was very delicious. Great value for the price. Definitely come again. Highly recommend to someone who wants to enjoy good buffet in a quite environment.

The server we had was incredible! She kept our waters full and was always there to ask if we needed anything. I haven't had such good service since before the pandemic! I hope she's treated well and we'll compensated so she never leaves! ❤️
