Very very bad servive by night indian fatty boy, this is not only a single day that i faced bad service by him as well as i am not the only one who complained about him , there are every second customer who gets angry and frustrated by his foolish and greedy behavior for his work because he always run away from his job or work , today i complained after his almost 100th time or 100th day when he declined my request and he gives foolish excuse for example, we don't allow thiis or that which i do in morning or afternoon shift time , they never say a single day no to anything to any customer but this guy knows customer will have no chance without goimg back when he say donot allow or do it have or not working so please take any other people for job or hire anybody else who needs a job because he dont care for his job and donot do it with passion or happiness and you also know there will be a big line if you puy a add outside for hiring after 1 hour , i am 101% , , i have no personal issue with him and i don't know him personally, I just see him every day at night whenever i come to gill gas or buty something else here at Station, igf you don't believe you can ask the employee, my contact is - 647-855-7200 , if he donot agree or accept his mistakes or say something wrong by bluddy excuses than you should not take those because there are so many jobless people around you who respect to their jonb and knows the importance of employment. You you should give him a lesson please so he will not behave like a boss or ego with customer, if you fire him i will not be happy but i will satisfy and happy with hiring a jobless person if you hire a needy people who is seeking a job from long time to pay his expenses fir daily routine, so please give attention to this to keep a good customer service and to keep daily basis customers i will be thankful to you with huge respect if you hire someone else for this position and not only me several people over that 100 who comes like everday here so please do it , please and thank you . Received worst customer service from a guy name “jaskeerat”. He doesn’t care about customers at all. I wonder why manager might think lottery sales are going down at their location. Because of such clowns.On 3 different instances he refused to give me lottery tickets.Once he said their machine is broken. It wasn’t he had the scanner open to show that its not working.Second time he said the draw closed and he can’t give the ticket.And today he refused to give out ticket by saying he’s busy right now closing shift. Which he hadn’t started at that time. There was a customer before me who got his tickets and when it was my turn he refused.Will be reaching out to manager and district manager.Manager needs to do better job hiring good people with higher customer service experience.

An employee named chirag is mannerless, doesn’t know how to behave in a customer service. Such people should be fired and should not be given opportunity to work. He was literally yelling on customers and got into a fight abusing people very badly.

Had a bad service from Prabh, bro is lacking some common sense and straight up going for assumptions while selling lottery tickets. He denied to see my physical ID, just because my family member only had a soft copy of her ID. I was also denied to purchase any lottery or scratch cards further even though I was showing my physical ID. Funny thing is he dared me to file a complaint for as I questioned his reasoning for the same. He then was not ready to talk further and showed huge disrespect later on. I just live across the street and is a regular customer of this store. Now I don’t wanna go back and spend my money here anymore and same goes for my family. This is how people slowly loose business. I hope manager take some action regarding these kinda issues before losing future customers. One word to manager: it will be great if you can pls train your staffs on service skills if you believe in providing good customer service.

The behave of roshan is too bad his way of talking towards coustomers

WORST EVER!!! The people that work there DO NOT KNOW WHAT THey are doing. EKPREET was the one behind the cashier that refused to sell cigarettes to a 28 year old. She said the legal age to smoke in Canada is 25. maybe it is in India, but it isn’t here. EKPREET has been problematic for multiple visits at this gas station. She is rude to the customers. Even after proving ID, she denied to sell the cigarettes because she assumed it was for someone else. she cannot deny cigarettes based off of what is in her mind.

I want to complaint about Prabh the counter staff at neighbours petrocanada in west wood. Extremely bad customer service and attitude. He wouldn’t accept id on phone and wouldn’t let anybody else from the same family purchase any lottery tickets even when they have physical Id.Inspite of being regular customers from the place and showed id several times for the same purpose, this person denied my basic right to purchase a lottery ticket. I want to know which rule asks the counter staffs to assume things and deny products to people with id.

The night person did not allowed me to use washroom. Being on work and serving the community while being on road made me stop at this gas station and fill up gas and use washroom but i was denied which is illegal.A complaint will be registered regarding this.You never know what someone is going through and how urgent it becomes on using a washroom but the staff there was super arrogant and suggested me to come in morning to use washroom.I even got gas for 40 dollars

Oh boy Roshan.. the horrible teller at this place. No respect for customers. Throw way the things at customers what we bought. We buy things paid and we do expect proper customer service. Who gives Roshan the authority to throw the things at customers? I did not see any managers or the next teller responding to the situation. The people behind me and the other teller didn't even respond to the situation. Who is Roshan? The owner of Malton Petro canada station? Its pathetic to have such a teller. I have been visiting this station for 4 years or more. Haven't felt disgusted this way. Roshan, you got have some skills bro. You are nothing but just a teller to provide service for what we pay.
