The staff is friendly, I visit my dad time to time from another provinces. I like how my dad tell me story what the staff do for him, and the facility provide for him. I could tell the staff cares for the folks. Because when my brother tells me facility offer for my dad, it is very inspiring. I also understood my dad want and need most. Honestly, thank you! This place did help my dad stayed in peace. He really just want to enjoyed watching his sports.

Found the manager Jose to be very arrogant. Cancelled my appointment with out contacting me. Was very condescending This may not be the place for your mother". Front line staff were also abrupt and dismissive. Very poor impression of staff :(. Will look elsewhere!"

Lisa Verrelli and Bincy George are cowards manipulative and have lied, slander really does happen. Bincy George should have been fired long ago. Bincy George manipulates and lies and Lisa Verrelli listens to Bincy George too since she worked there also Lisa Verrelli. When I asked Lisa questions face to face, she says she does not know. Really?My LO dehydrated and was left to die. She had repeat UTI and induced pneumonia had to return to VGH.yet Lisa decides to not follow up with my concerns and has Dr. R. Menzies never bothered to return any responses to my letter or follow through with contacting me ..at all.Bincy George tell me I dont have right to the lab reports. suddenly when I have always had access before. She dodges around with answers and talks like she is the minister. She has no ability to connect with families and ther has been lots of complaints on her over the years from others family members as I have spoken to some LOs family about this.Bincey has lied to me mentioning she is not a medical professional on the phone. Is a registered nurse not a medical professional? She says the medical test is paid for when the truth is is not not MSP insurance paid and still billed to the patients account.. Bincy manipulates the staff and lies to family members.Bincy and controls staff where one nurse decided to leave WCC. She told the staff not to tell me my moms blood pressure, pulse and oxygen or any bed sores that happen. I was not in her room over 3.5 years due to the manipulation,deception and slander and control tactics who Sarah Jordan colluded with.My LO yelled out im thirsty" for 40 minutes on numberous zoom calls and nobody came to her room. My LO has decided not to drink now has they said they will have to go washroom too and dont want to wet their diaper. A civil servant mentioned their grandparents were in WCC and they werent getting their diapers changed enough and sitting in their urine/feces.When there has been a outbreak on the floor
