D’Andre and Emily, along with the entire Crestmount staff, were incredibly professional, caring and supportive of all of our needs as we arranged things for my father’s passing. And, again during my mother’s passing two months later. During such a difficult time for our family they were outstanding.

Cresmount provided the arrangements recently when my husband died unexpectedly. They surpassed my expectations. Everyone was kind, professional, available for questions, requests and changes. The service was perfect. The lunch afterwards was very good … the organization, food, beverages and service. The wonderful staff attended to our every need, sometimes needs I had not thought of. They also focussed on the aftercare, which I needed with government forms, etc. Iwill be prearranging my arrangements at Cresmount for our sons.

Cresmount and their team went above and beyond to assist with my mom’s funeral. Robert was our main contact and he was nothing but incredible. During the most difficult time for my family, the funeral home and Robert were extremely patient, kind, and sincere during every step. There wasn’t a single aspect we would change and are very grateful for the organization and care for my mom. We thank everyone involved from the bottom of our hearts.

We had the unfortunate need for services, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, and care. Not just for our loved one, but we the family as well. This team is outstanding and they made a daunting time easy for us. They took the time, and care to help us make decisions we were not sure we could at the time. From beginning to end we were pleasantly surprised and words don't express the gratitude we feel. Highly recommend this team.

The staff was extremely professional and compassionate. They did a wonderful job with the photos on the screen. My Dad's funeral was prearranged so we didn't have to make alot of the difficult decisions many families have to. It was an ideal location, close to the church and the room for the visitation was the right size for the number of people we had. Many thanks again.

At Cresmount Funeral Home, my family and I felt at home. The staff was very empathetic, cared for the needs of our family, and made sure to make my mom's send-off and memorial a happy, memorable one. The preparations made for Mom, the service, keepsake book and the mementos in honour of our mom were done with such thought . The whole experience has left my family, friends and I with wonderful memories. Most of all, sweet memories linger of Queen Laureen- Mom . Thank you, Cresmount, for being like family and being on this journey with us.
