Family Care Medical Centre

Absolutely the WORST receptionist in the history of health care work here!! There is a very dark cloud over this medical centre. The receptionist clearly all hate their jobs and they do not care about the patients. I am told Dr. Sekouti is the owner & this facility is ran by him. Very shocked when I found out because He is a nice doctor but he does nothing about the complaints of his very negative staff. I seen one of the receptionist that use to work there at her new place of work (she use to be one of the rude/miserable ones) and I complimented her on how much her attitude changed seeing her in a different environment and she quickly replied by saying this medical centre was a VERY TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT.

Dr nathoo, Leslie and Connie are all awesome here. We came with our toddler for urgent care and they were all amazing. The rooms are also great.

I love Dr. Michael, been going there with my family for 20 years. She’s family.I am just so tired of spending so much time trying to reach reception. Since my 11 year old was a baby. I know things can be tough. I desperately need a specialist appointment made from my request over two months ago and nothing. I have to listen to a long message over again until I get an ‘our system is full’. Nobody has time for this.

Great Service, had to wait around an hour for a walk in appointment however that is pretty normal for any walk in service. Dr.Cecutti was wonderful in helping diagnose my issue, he did not waste any time ordered any necessary tests. As for reception lots of biased reviews are on here, if you treat medical staff with attitude and arrogance then you will be given the same treatment. Treat them with kindness & they were so lovely and more than willing to help.

On apr 28th the receptionist read out my blood results and urine results at the front desk with a room full of people.Then she told me to come in on may 2nd between 1-8pm to talk about options.I asked her to stop because there’s people around. I was so scared my results had something alarming/embarrassingPatient confidentiality not met. I am a nurse so I am not taking this lightly.She jokes about not knowing what things were then compared my results to somebody she knew “that has that”Her attitude was awful and just brainless to say the leastMANAGEMENT: PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.A positive note: dr. Nathoo and the nurse that took my blood - were amazing. They made me feel safe and I trusted them with my health decisions.

I came here yesterday with my daughter and we waited almost 2 hours for the doctor to see her. Finally we saw the doctor and she was wonderful. My daughter has scarlet fever and strep throat. My son started experiencing same symptoms the next day so we went back only to be turned away because they were CLOSED for walking at 3:30. I am a single mother of two, and I was having my car serviced today. A friend of mine was able to drop us off but not pick us up. So I was stranded with my SICK SON. The lady just shrugged her shoulders. We moved here from Brampton and that’s where our family doctor is. Your office should be ashamed of yourselves. Your lack of compassion and care while you are in the healthcare field… I’m lost of words.I used to come here as a child and I have never experienced this before.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! 1 star is still being very generous the reception is absolutely rude the moment I opened the door I was yelled at about a mask and upon asking for one not having one I was told no. She proceeded to follow with “even if we did we wouldn’t take you” while trying to talk down to me, keep in mind this place was a ghost town.I would not recommend this place to anyone ever and to stay as far away as possible

Dr. Cecutti is the best doctor I have ever had. Absolutely no doctor has ever taken the time and care that he does with each and every one of his patients. I actually feel heard, and that my health concerns are valid. He is also in recipe with children. I don’t trust any other doctors with my sons health

They got me in very quickly. Got treated by Dr. Dawood and he was a nice person so i’ll give 2 stars for the quickness and the kindness…..however my ‘cold’ ended up being an infection that got treated a week later by another doctor, when it had gotten worse and became a double ear infection on top of the initial infection i was already dealing with. Won’t be coming back as I do not want to deal with another misdiagnosis

I never write reviews before but this is unacceptable and its a must. I must say, these two receptionists are definitely something else that I've never encounter before. First, I was being friendly on the phone with her saying How are you? " (Nice voice tone)
