Amazing service. On our way up to the cottage for the weekend, and had a flat tire after hours, called and they rushed in. They didn't have a new tire, but managed to find a used one that worked. The quite literally saved our weekend. Quick, painless and for the service we received, and the trouble it saved us, it was very, very reasonable.

Had the tire light come on while driving on the highway and they took my car in right away checked everything and there wasn’t an actual leak. They were very professional and did not take a penny from me! Such wonderful kindness! Thank you!!!

One big tire service company said I have to buy a new tire for my truck because it was empty. I told them I got all brand new tires (all 10) on my truck, they are just two weeks old but :”it’s company policy “ they said.I went here and guys just fixed my new tire so they saved my money and time. In and out less than an hour. Thank you!

As the owner of a small towing company I have dealt with Kyle and Tyler on several occasions for tires on my tow trucks, and when we have needed assistance from their Rotator , they have been extremely helpful. I will continue to do business with them when we need them.

I did a routine tire swap recently, I arrived 3 minutes late. I walked in to a wall of attitude, insisting I would need to rebook my appointment two weeks later. Im coming from a city 45 minutes away and just missed the appointment due to some traffic. To be greeted this way was surprising. Person at the desk insisted the boss tell her how to handle it. He came to the desk 10 minutes later and told me i have to rebook because I was now 10 minutes late. The guy looked like he just crawled out of bed, so unprofessional. After some requesting my service was reluctantly completed. I wont be having any further services done here. To chew me out over 3 minutes when a simple call to the customer verifying arrival would have solved everything. Disappointing and lazy. Poor customer service and poor experience. Your customer pays your cheques, they need to be treated with more respect. Not recommended.

Highly recommended. We discovered a slow puncture in the front tire late in the night. We phoned Woodstock Tire Service first thing in the morning and they were good enough to repair the hole immediately. I Checked all the tires again and found another even slower puncture on the back wheel. Again Woodstock Tire Service came to our rescue. We cannot thank them enough. We had an important early journey to take, It could have been ruined if it was not for them. Again Thank you.

Third time I have gone here with a semi trailer emergency tire issue and the third time they have sent me on my way with absolutely no help …..but they will tell you all the MTO rules and regulations! Yet it’s ok for them to send me back on the road with an unsafe tire! Thought these guys where there to help us truckers in emergency situations…. Guess not! Will not be going here again suggest other’s to stay away!Bad luck or bad business?

I am so very pleased with the tires I purchased. Gave my car a complete different drive and ride. I LOVE THEM. They are amazing and so was the service you provided by moving up my appointment by 1 week. I would highly recommend Woodstock Tire for an outstanding performance. Thanks Jeff and the crew for the recommendation for the tire best suited for my new Honda.

Fantastic people, quality and reasonable service! Has a nice little lounge area while you wait; got to watch an episode of pawn Stars while I waited for my rims to be mounted .. 5*
