Ann, Brandie and Betty are a great team. We reached out to Ann in the fall 2020, just after buying a new build. At the time, our new house was to be completed in mid-2022 but we wanted some information about the market value of our house, which she readily provided. Well as with all things, COVID delayed our new house so we just ended up selling our house a few weeks ago, in what I thought was a very uncertain market. Ann’s entire team made our home selling experience as smooth and stress free as possible. Our house was staged, photographed, listed and then sold … all within a couple of weeks!
