These guys are just use their employes after a season like winter they terminate them without any reason or warning . 15 emploee have terminated within 3 days among 30 . Senior staff (supervisor) is also rude. So it is not cool place to work

Received the worst customer service via email ever. They do their best to defend their drivers amd hedge on all opportunities to avoid honoring the 40 minute guarantee. I submitted a complaint and they shot back NO APOLOGY.In short summary: the driver was late on his orders and didn't want to come to my door PHYSICALLY. Even though i was at my front door waiting for 20 minutes. He apparently was in HIS CAR waiting for me to pick up his phone before coming to my door. He called me and I couldn't pick up and he used that as an excuse to void the 40 minutes guarantee. I spoke to 2 customer service reps and a supervisor. They all took the drivers side and I wasn't given any type of compensation for the man's unprofessionalism. They do whatever they can to exercise grey areas and not honor the 40 minutes guarantee.I didnt pick up one phone call but he didnt DO HIS JOB to deliver to my front door. No one acknowledged the wrongs of the driver. I didnt expect to be a receptionist when i order a pizza.Pro tip to future customers ordering delivery-- DO NOT MISS A PHONE CALL AND STAND OBSESSIVELY AT YOUR DOORWAY TO NOT MISS ANYTHING. any fault they find in you they will use as an excuse to screw you overGood job pizza pizza , nice empathy in handling this situation.

Payrate is great compared to work done. One supervisor don't belong here. That person should be taken care of by management. She don't like her job. If she has any personal problem she should leave that at home. Every employee know who I am taking about. Rest is great. Only, ordertakers must be given atleast 5 sec follow up time. Bross,ksobers,sarahr are best supervisors. Always like to help.
