I brought my 2018 Kia Optima over that had two dogs completely destroy the car and I also haven’t had the car detailed ever…just some wipes and vacuums occasionally. Within 2/3 hours of dropping off the car it was completelyyy cleaned from top to bottom. Amazing job. I live all the way in Newmarket but will definitely be coming back here for all and any detailing needs.

Found Prime Autocare Detailz through google searches and compared them to other local options. Eventually picked them and was super happy with the detailing they did for our car. Above that though, the professionalism and service that Majd provided is the real reason why we're repeat customers.

I own a 1967 Ford Meteor Montcalm, it is in mint condition and is always kept in my garage. I had a pail of driveway sealer in the garage and it leaked, the vapors from the sealer got all over the car and it was a mess. I called Majd and he came to my house to look at the car to ensure he would be able to get it clean. He was confident he would be able to remove the sticky film that had attached itself to the paint and windows. I booked the appointment with him and he had the car for a few days, I just picked the car up from him and all I can say is WOW! What a great job he and his team did, the car looks better than it ever has, it looks like a brand new paint job, show room condition would be an understatement. I am so pleased with the job they did, I would strongly recommend them. They are very professional and polite, they take pride in what they do and treat the car like it is their own. Great customer service and quality of work.I will be taking my everyday car to them for detailing. Can't say enough good about the job and over all customer service.

I took my Highlander to Prime Autocare for the Elite detailing package and I'm very satisfied with the work. Car interior felt fresh and clean. I could feel the effort and attention to detail in their work. Price was pretty good too.Also, Majid went the extra mile to provide the pick-up/drop option too.Great work guys. Initially was just looking for interior and exterior detailing for my used 2010 MINI Cooper S I got a few months ago, but while looking at the services Prime Autocare Detailz offered, I decided to go with the paint correction and full interior clean. My car was dull and blotchy with different stains from hard water spots to discolouration from bird droppings and tree sap etc. Wanted to bring back the shine. I'm a bit of a germaphobe so even though I did an initial interior clean myself when I got the car, I wanted a thorough detail for the interior. Majd took care of everything from the moment I contacted him to book an appointment. He was able to fit me in on the day and time I wanted and he explained everything to me before starting. The pricing is fair and Majd listens to what you want and won't push services you don't need. The MINI shines now and the interior is spotless! Will be bringing all our vehicles to Prime Autocare Detailz when we get lazy!
