Great work great service thanks so much...vw repaired and a Subaru both picture perfect

This guy should not be in business. He gives our business community a bad name. I tried so hard (way harder than I should have) to get this guy to look at my seat. He told me to text him a picture, so I did, two pictures. He abruptly replied in way to question me as to why I was texting him pictures. I double checked the number, and then I tried calling him. I even tried several times over the next number of days; with no response. So weird. Then I read reviews about him only to realize this is how he operates. What a waste of time and energy. Reminds me of that guy we all know who has such a bad attitude that he is pretty much unemployable and starts his own business .. and this is the result.

I have called and set up a few appointments to get my couch repaired. Each time we agreed on a time and date to have my couch fixed and I each time when the date came he had no idea we had made an appointment. He even got me to cut out a square of my couch so he’d be able to match the material with something. He lost that and asked me to cut more of my couch off the next time we made an appointment. For a business owner this guy sure is disorganized and unmotivated. This went on for months and is still unresolved.I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to write things down in an agenda. I’m literally trying to pay him 100s of dollars and he couldn’t be less interested

Does not contact you back and forgets anything you tell him when he does Then have to start all over again. Then contact again and its like starting from scratch. have to resend pictures. Not organized at all. have to go somewhere else

Fibrenew came to my house and repaired the difficult front seats on my car.There were time consuming issues but Adam stuck to his quote and did a terrific repair.Thanks again.
