Ok...not GREAT, but ok. Not a lot to look at in the area so this one's a realistic option I guess. A small version of the old pickering flea market

Active Marketplace - Durham Flea Market
Was welcomed at the door by very friendly staff. It was worth the 45 minute drive. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore, the place was bigger than expected and I was told they are expanding. Well organized, clean and reasonable prices. We left with a couple treasures. We will visit again! Thanks for a great experience.

Active Marketplace - Durham Flea Market
Most of the larger vendors from the epic previous flea market remain but a lot of empty spaces and an abundance of cell phone accessory stores. Came in a bit late so most vendors were already closed up. Once more spots are filled in here should be a great flea market spot. Notable spot, a really nice costume jewelry vendor is next to the roots and culture shop, well worth stopping by, she has excellent prices.

$600 a month rent for a flea market. Should be $200. It's a bloody flea market open 2 days a week. How do you expect for vendors to make $600 worth of sales 6-8 days a month. Ridiculous.

A lot of stalls not open. If you need cell phone items this is your stop! Nice real leather stall. Well priced.

Got what I came for, a leather belt. Vendor, right in front of the door, is very friendly and helpful. I was less than impressed with the rest of the market though, for a Sunday afternoon, alot of booths were empty or not opened, The whole place smelled like moth balls or the basement of a church where old relics are kept. The aisles are narrow. The food section is lacking, there would be more of a draw to the market if there were more options. I will likely not be back unless I have a need for a phone accessory.

Active Marketplace - Durham Flea Market
This is a flea market in Ajax. Though you can find good bargains, including knock offs of branded handbags, perfumes and other fashion accessories, it's more suited for buying mobile accessories. It's worth checking out as everyone has a different perspective of flea markets.
