Rude and no customer service.Well, not relavance to any one there just go buy and and come out.There is another option also available around that area wigh bigger store and more choises. Look for that also.

Do not buy a single item from here. They are selling expired products with new sticker on it. The product is made by om India only. The name of the product is Indian Khari biscuit. The product is good for 15 months from the date of packing. The packed date was written 15 Dec 2020. There was a sticker on it in which the new date was written that was 01 Oct 2021. They are clearly selling expired products. The owner should directly contact me or else I am definitely going to take legal actions on it.

I mostly come here, one staff(lady) I thing she is most senior staff here, extremely rude. She behaves like people getting stuff for free. I have always seen her angry, rude, arguing with customers, bossy with co-worker, keep talking unwanted stuff about working place and store owner to others, even she doesn’t care that there is many customers walking around. I am not a complaining person, but I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Every time I come, and if she made my bill I always think I will never come to this store again. I know my review will not effect to this store or her. I hope store owner start to taking care of customer service side.

I mostly come here, one old lady named shilpa is vey rude. She used very bad language with me she reacts like owner, but she does not know that store is running good coz of customers and I know Jayesh Bhai, he is losing his business coz for her. He should do something for Albion store.I love to buy from Om, but now going forward I will never visit to the place.

Best place to buy Indian food especially Gujarati food spices snacks pickels everything even though the prices are bit higher. Also get a wide variety of ranges as well. Store is quite big as well.PRICES ARE QUITE CHEAPER AS COMPARE TO PANCHVATI. which is best thing for students.

Wish I could give zero for the customer service they’re providing.They do have many varieties in the store although it’s too pricey as compared to other Indian store. Produce items are usually stale and when ask for fresh items from the back they always have an excuse of not having one.Staff isn’t trained enough to know how to provide customer service. And a lady called Shilpa, she is extremely rude and always busy on the phone. Not realizing that the customers are waiting in the line for cash out. She have zero sense about how to talk. The other day she was blaming an elderly people for stealing while they were just forgot to give her and then talking to them rudely.This store can do much better job just by improving that one lady’s (Shilpa) behaviour.

No doubt, this is good place to buy indian grocery but staff is too rude, specially the old lady who manage the store. She is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk with customers.She was busy on phone, I asked her for few things but she replied me very rude.she refused other people to help me. Never visit there again.
