Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa

This hotel is everything you could want in a hotel! Our room with a king bed and pull out sofa was big and clean. The gym was well equipped. The pool was warm. The breakfast had a large assortment and the staff, especially Hilary, were very friendly and nice! The underground parking felt secure and there were always spots available. We brought our bikes and cycled to Parliament Hill in less than 20 mins. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel! Thanks for making our Canada Day weekend amazing!

Nice and very clean. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Coffee and tea available by the front desk, even later in the evening. One of my kids wanted hot chocolate and the lady at the desk handed him one with a lovely smile! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night with the family when visiting Ottawa and we would definitely come back. Room was clean and modern. The hotel seeems recently renovated too. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy, simple and complimentary which is great. My daughter loved the pool and didn't want to get out!

Absolutely superb guest experience. All the staff, especially the front desk, they go way above the usual standard to ensure the guest has a great stay. Rooms were large and comfortable, the pool area was great, just note there's no hot tub or sauna. Definitely recommended

Stayed here for 2 nights. Nice hotel and clean. Decent breakfast included. Was nice to have coffee and tea available the entire day!Had a couple issues with my room but didn't bother about it.The best part of my stay was actually at check-in. The young man who checked us in was so kind and polite. He listened to my concerns regarding noice- and tried his best to place me in a good room. I felt heard. I didn't catch his name and didn't see him when I checked out. I checked in on June 29, 2023 at about 2.20pm! Thank you!

Great hotel! The gentleman on front desk service on July 12th provided great customer service. Rooms were super clean and nice. Breakfast was incredible. Great place for travelers looking for a cost-effective place to go.

My wife and I booked a room for one night with 2 queen beds. We received a complimentary upgrade to a conference room when we arrived at the hotel. It had a king size bed and pull-out couch. It had tons of room, full size fridge, 2 TVs and conference table. Everything was perfect. The free underground parking and complimentary breakfast the next morning completed a very nice stay. This is our third time at the hotel and will return again for our next visit to Ottawa.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms a little bigger than normal which was very nice for the family to stretch out. Huge workout room. Nice pool, no hot tub. Breakfast food looked ok bit tasted blah. Very busy hotel at breakfast time. Secure underground parking was a plus on a rainy day. There are homeless people on the busy corner street right outside our hotel room. Wish price was $40 less. Would stay again.

A great hotel for the price and the facilities provided. The underground parking was spacious. The check in process was such a breeze. The free coffee and hot beverages is a trademark of Hampton In. The rooms were spacious, super clean and super tidy. The swimming pool was clean well maintained with free towels. Ice vending machines and washing machines in the 4th level. Finally, the free breakfast was very good.Overall, the place has exceeded our expectations.

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure!Our stay was wonderful. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. The room we stayed in was excellent. It was extremely clean. It was so clean, I went looking for any form of mess and couldn’t find any. Not a speck of dust, dirt, not even water marks left in the sink or shower. The decor was also modern and tasteful. The complimentary breakfast had lots of option and was kept tip too shape by the staff.
