Incredible service. The owner, Fiona, helped me find several pieces which worked for me exactly. The fits were like they were made for me. When something wasn’t specifically comfortable, she knew exactly which bras might work, based on how the “try on” pieces fit. Definitely recommend.

I went to Silhouette Fine Lingerie about 14 years ago after I had a breast reconstruction. I needed a proper fitting for my new size and was met with the most professional, caring and private help from Fiona and team that I could have wished for. Years later I still love this boutique with all of the gorgeous styles for women of all shapes and sizes. There's even better post surgical bras and apparel available to really help women get through a surgery without the pain of ill fitting undergarments. I'd highly recommend SFL for great bras and high-end lingerie, and most of all, for getting fitted for your proper size. They're the best in every way!

Fabulous experience! Fiona (the owner) expertly sized me and helped me to find a properly fitting bra that I loved. My budget only allowed me to purchase one bra but there was zero pressure to buy more! When I left I felt confident with my purchase and excited to come back again!

I booked an appointment with Fiona and she took the time to ensure that I had 100% what I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and personable.There is no question that I will return to Silhouette for any of my mastectomy bra needs.

This afternoon I phoned Silhouette and received an appointment for a fitting right away! Fiona, the owner, spent over an hour with me, helping me try on many different mastectomy bras and prostheses. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as compassionate. I walked out of the store in my new bra looking much better than when I walked in! I am so grateful for the immediate appointment and wonderful service today.

I’ve been a customer for years! I shop there because it is the only store in the area that sells quality lingerie. The ladies at the store always seem disinterested in helping or being more personal and approachable. I’ve never seen a smile on their face or any willingness to work! It really is a very unpleasant place to shop. I also wish that they had a bigger variety and more choices for women that look for not just quality and comfort but also style.Great selection for women who look for comfortable lingerie, nightgowns and robes or specialty bras.

How disappointing! Was finally going to shop for a *great* bra with a fantastic experience and was let down completely. Ended up with a very expensive ugly bra that makes me miserable and self conscious. Saleswoman was disinterested, annoyed by my questions, gave me a take or leave it attitude, shamed me for my previous bra choice and kept bringing me bras I didn't ask for (colour, material etc). Won't be back-not even to return this awful thing. Can't take the eye rolling. The manager that wrapped it up was lovely and nice. Quite obvious she witnessed the entire exchange and tried to make up for it. Too little too late. Be fully confident and knowledgable before you try to shop here.

I walked around for years with ill-fitting breast forms. I just thought good enough" was the way it had to be.Fiona took one look at me and very diplomatically suggested that I might be better off with a different style. Sure enough
