Andre and I received top notch service from this store. We were amazed, first of all, at the time spent with us in trying to select the perfect upholstery for the chair we chose to purchase. We brought in a cushion from our sofa and the owner carefully, thoughtfully, patiently, took great pains to select the best material to compliment the furniture we already had. We have purchased a sofa bed, a recliner chair and most recently two beds through this store. Neil is great to deal with. Delivery is fabulous - they took away our old beds, were tidy and took away all wrappings and gave great directions on how to maintain our new mattresses. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this local store.

I stopped by John Thomson & Son Furniture Ltd to pickout a Queen sized bed and was thrilled with my experience. Neil there gave me great customer service and answered any questions I had about the beds while informing me about some knowledge I had previously lacked. Neil was very pleasant to talk to and work with during the few times I had wandered in. Picking out a bed can be a big decision.The bed was delivered by two movers a few days later, by Tyler and Vivek. They did an excellent job moving everything upstairs to my apartment and taking my previous bed. It was a pleasure to meet, talk to, and deal with them.Would recommend shopping here, for sure! Very happy and sleeping soundly :)Thanks again.

We had a great experience with this store! Buying our bed from them was actually less expensive than buying directly from the manufacturer, and included free delivery and set-up. The crew who set up the bed were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again!

We moved into our new home at the end of Aug. we went to Thomason’s furniture and the service and knowledge was outstanding. Originally our sectional would not be ready till Jan 23 but thanks to Thomason’s we had it delivered on Dec 22 2022 just in time for Christmas. The delivery staff were excellent and very professional in the way the furniture was wrapped and delivered. They were extremely friendly and took care in bringing the sectional in unwrapping it and setting it up. We are really impressed with the service we received.
