Ordering through the website only allowed me to order this sign in black, so I contacted Feddes Fabrications about getting it done in a colour that would stand out better against the greenery wall in our wedding ceremony backdrop. With no hesitation, they told me they could do it no problem and gave me some colour options. We got so many compliments on it and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out! Amazing customer service and very quick turnaround from the time I ordered to the time I received it!

We have a few beautiful pieces from Feddes Fabrications and this week we received our first custom piece! I absolutely love it, every time it catches my eye I can't help but smile. Feddes was wonderful to work with and so accommodating with my many questions. We will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

So we decided to order a personalized fire pit ring and chose Feddes fabrications, small Ontario business. What an amazing experience. Within one day of placing the order on line, I received a confirmation of the order and a design outlay for my approval. I then received another email confirming the actual manufacturing day then the shipping and ultimately the day of arrival. I should point out that this product was very reasonably priced, well made and in my possession within a week of ordering. Well done and while they might be a small business they are giants in customer service. Again well done we are looking forward to many wonderful campfires in the years to come. Amazing Customer Service... loved how thorough they are with the process..letting you know each stage of the process. Needed help with a code, I called and they were very professional and nice, and helped me with placing my order.. Great experience dealing with Ryan Feddes and his group. Got to see his operation 1st hand, meet some of his team. Awesome ! Drawing up my sign and working with his support group, was flawless , from start to finish. Thanx so much . Great sign and the detail and powder coating is above my expections.

We had a firepit designed and delivered within a week.They were in full communication every step of the way, from design approval, to an email letting us know it was being cut, right up until it was packaged and sent out for delivery. I ordered a custom sign for a Father's Day gift without any prior experience with this company. I was very impressed, I received a confirmation of my order right away, and received updates as my sign went through the manufacturing process. I also received a finished confirmation and within 2 days I had my sign. It's beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.
