There have been a few things I like to buy at The Bay over the years, but this last visit was disappointing. There were no sales people around so I just gave up trying to find stuff.

Very disappointed in the lack of staff in the store. Was everyone on break at the same time?The Bay used to be my go-to place for clothes but the lack of product, quality and higher prices have changed my shopping habits.The new Zellers section is nothing to write home about. Nothing special. Looks like the stuff the carried at Deco Découverte before they were all closed. Lower prices to the Bay merchandise but nothing appealing. The big take away... Get some staff on the floor to help customers! Your customer service is horrible.

They are having an amazing sale on all summer items, shoes and clothes. Employees are very helpful and very friendly.

My wife was looking through some jewelry for an event. When it was time to pay, we asked a gentleman (who had earphones on and was on his phone) at the watches if we can pay there. He told us we could if the lady wasn't currently available and pointed to where we should be (which was 10 feet away). She wasn't there and instead of checking us out, he got up and looked for the lady while we waited. A 15-second operation turned into 10 minutes because he didn't want to stop watching his video behind the cash.I'm giving 3 stars because the store was clean and the associates in other departments were far more helpful.

Great department store, they sell quality brands. This particular branch is quite smaller than some other ones (and a little less organized) so I have it 4 stars instead of 5

Had not been to the Bay in a very long time. Mainly because of the fact that you need special skills to find their cashier stations.However, although I had to ask, I managed to find a cashier quickly enough

Went to exchange some bathing suits purchased online . The fitting room was a mess of clothes on the floors. We forgot our sweater, and we returned waiting for the employee to open up. Then she had the audacity to tell my daughter to pick up the clothes from the floor . Not the ones we tried other peoples! So yes, never returning.
