A home with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere filled with lots of activities suited to entertain the residents. I have been working here for almost two years and my co-workers express a strong passion to ensure the satisfactory needs for each and every resident. Martha's Landing is an exceptional place to live!

I have been a service provider to Martha's Landing for many years and have always found the staff and leadership team to be kind, caring and compassionate. They genuinely care about the work they do and the residents that live there. Brenda Lane's dedication to quality, cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen is unmatched! I'm proud to be a valued partner!

The experience of working as an instructor of group exercises to residents at Martha's Landing has been amazing. Since the first day I came in to Chartwell Martha's Landing, the team has been so friendly and welcoming and extremely supportive. The team is working very hard to organize every event, going above and beyond to bring the best entertainment, decorations, food, and so much more, for residents to enjoy various celebrations. Everyone is working very hard and to the smallest details to bring the best for the residents, caring about their health and well-being. Beautiful residence in a marvellous location with great people working as a team! Martha's Landing is absolutely fantastic! My mother has been a resident for over 5 years and loves it. I often get asked by friends and colleagues with elderly parents if I would recommend Martha's. Absolutely I would, Martha's is terrific!With regard to facilities, the building is beautiful, always in tip top shape, always neat and tidy, nothing ever out of place.But what really makes Martha's so special is the staff! They are so amazing that it is difficult to find the words to describe them. Everyone is professional, dedicated and extremely well trained. More importantly, those great qualities are combined with true caring, compassion and concern for all residents. From Day1, I instantly had such a warm feeling about the folks working here. My mother absolutely loves them. They are all so kind and dedicated. I would like to take this opportunity to say a special thank you to Brenda who is always so readily accessible the moment one walks through the door. Thank you so much Brenda for all your excellent assistance and very sincere caring! You have been wonderful; it is so appreciated! My Dad has lived at ML for almost 5 years. He is now very elderly and his health has declined but the staff remain caring, thoughtful and efficient. A small retirement home like this one was the ideal choice for him. He has been very happy here.

What a wonderful experience I have had at Martha’s Landing. In a few short weeks I have gotten to know the amazing staff and lovely residents, and would recommend anyone here. I'm a PSW student with Conestoga college, I applied to Chartwell's Martha's landing in search of completing my hours for graduation. I was extremely nervous but equally as excited, upon walking in I was met/ greeted as if I've been working there for years. Everyone was taking time out of their days to welcome me which made me feel at home, from the daily meetings where staff are recognized for their effort and acts of kindness they preform everyday to constant flow of communication and questions which always get answered no matter what. I want to thank all the staff and residents from Martha's Landing for making my day everyday, Thank you!

My mother has been a resident of Martha's Landing since 2003. Our family, and more importantly our mother, has been more than happy with her many years in this residence. Our criteria for quality care include the physical facility, the nutrition and, of course, the staff. Martha's Landing rates exceptionally high in all these categories. The building is attractive, well maintained and big enough to offer a varied resident population but small enough to remain intimate. One always worries about the quality and quantity of nutrition the elderly need to maintain good health and a balanced diet. Once again, thanks to Martha's Landing we never have to worry about our mother's diet nor her restrictions and personal preferences. Beyond these practicalities of a seniors' residence, the most important criterion of all is the quality of the staff. In this, Martha's Landing is off the chart! From the Mgr., Tamra Belonz all the way to the servers in the dining room, and everyone in between, it is hard for me to imagine a more caring, friendly, attentive staff. I cannot stress enough how grateful our family is to the staff at Martha's Landing for their dedication to the elderly in their care. As children of an elderly mother, we have concerns for our Mum, but her life in Martha's Landing is simply not one of them. She is very well housed, very well nourished and unbelievably well cared for!

I am full time employee in CHARTwell’s Martha’s landing retirement residences. I did work in many homecare and long term care but this place is extremely splendid and marvellous. When I joined, i realized the true meaning of great teamwork. This place is not just place for me, it is like second home, all staffs work together as family members, always appreciate work and motivates me. I feel so grateful that I am part of this beautiful place. Thank you all !!
