I came here with my wife and I ordered 2 single cones and they were really good. My wife got the cream cheese pumpkin and I got the German Chocolate. It was a lot better than I expected. The staff here were really friendly and I would definely come back here and order ice cream.

The rating was so high but I am so disappointed with this place. The person who was serving us today treated us badly. He is named KYLER. I and my mom was trying to get some ice cream for tonight and ordered 2 scoops of ice cream. But he takes the wrong one. So my mom was trying to catch his attention and his reaction was getting high. He throws the scooping spoon hard into the water (idk what to call it). Then he ask me to say it one more time. His voice was loud and his attitude was disrespectful to us. He said because of the mask and the shield he couldn't hear it properly. I understood and repeated it nicely. But his face kept staring at us and his voice start to get louder and louder. My mom get uncomfortable. His attitude make we shock. He holds his name tag and introduces his name to her (like judging us). When my dad wants to talk to him, he gets away and not coming out. What kind of serving customers like that? We paid to get good ice cream and serving. But not for him to yell at our faces in front of people. I feel he is racist to us! I saw him being nice to another customer and then being like that with us. What is wrong?! we just want to get our ice cream with the right flavour to deserve with the money paid. If you want to have a good serve never come around 8:40. DISAPPOINTED!

This store is a cheat, charging double the amounts. We had two double scoops one with waffle cone and one cup and one single scoop in a cup.The guy charged $39.56 that doesn’t make sense. It was near closing time and the store was busy. I’m definite he over charged. I tried asking him and he behaved so rudely that my husband asked me to just leave.Beware and do not let the guy called manager cheat you!I would like Baskin Robbins to reply what would be the total of above scoops that I purchased. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt nor it’s a big loss but it’s a matter of principle why would a store have cheap tactics to make extra money.

Came in on Thursday night to order a cake for Sat, the owners here were amazing, the gentlemen went through all the details with my 7 year old who picked out everything. I was not expecting such a beautifully decorated cake on such short notice. His wife is the one who decorated it and she did an amazing job. Looks like we will be getting many more cakes here.

The owner and the staffs are absolutely rude. I have been having Baskin all my life and taste and flavor is not the issue but this specific branch the owner is absolutely rude, doesn't talk politely has a lot attitude on the face like he is doing us a favour by selling us the ice cream.

My 18$ ice cream tub came upside down and felt incredibly empty on the bottom… so I bang on the counter a couple times and this is how empty it was when I opened it , I’m sure if I bang it down some more there would be even less. $18 for ice cream and you can’t fill it ?You want to talk about weight ??? How can a vanilla tub weigh the same as a tub with chocolate chips , chunks of turtles or any other toppings that come ??The Chinese manager needs to use his his head.

I've been going to this location for a very long time. Visited this store when I was nearby shopping. I noticed the new ubeh flavour and wanted to sample it before purchase. The girl at the counter gave a teeny tiny bit of ice cream with a large plastic spoon that really didn’t provide any clue about the taste and flavour of the new ice cream. Usually any ice cream shop would give at least a quarter of a teaspoon for sample but not this store. They gave like 1/8th of a tsp. So, I bought other flavour not to take chances. The small size cup had lesser ice cream compared to other BR locations where the scoop would fill the cup but here it was only about 80% full. Sadly I did not take any pictures to show what I mean.

Spent $10.16 for double scoop, older gentlemen served me. As he went to scoop the ice cream, he deliberately scraped" the ice cream instead of making a "ball." This is a deceitful tactic to reduce the amount of ice cream within a full scoop. I quickly asked if that's a full scoop and he played it off BUT
