My experience with the team at Ideas was unique, they had a friendly informative and active customer experience from picking the right Color's to compliment the existing tile to explaining the types of stone. They promptly scheduled me in for the install. The install team was on time and very meticulous and cleaned up as they went. The after care was terrific. I priced out my job to more than 5 other places and picked Ideas and very thankful I did.Hope Cecile

We renovated our kitchen during the last lockdown, and chose Ideas Kitchens and Cabinets to install our quartz kitchen countertop - and we couldn't be happier.Mark was a great salesman - not pushy, happy to provide tips on design, straightforward on pricing, and realistic about inventory availability amid supply challenges with the pandemic.The team has a machine to cut 45 degree mitre cuts for clean waterfall edges - we did that for our kitchen and it looks great.Rudy's son was very professional on the day of install. They were on time, cleaned up and left the kitchen spotless after the install, and shared tips on cleaning and maintaining the countertop.These guys are top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Ideas cabinets and countertops are an excellent company to work with. Just had my second vanity installed by them and won’t even think about going any where else when we redo our kitchen. Mark, Rudy and the installers (sorry I forget their names) were helpful, polite and professional. I highly recommend them

This place is fantastic. Their prices are extremely fair. We had them install a quartzcountertop and sink. They did exactly what they said they would do. They even delivered early! . We were getting quotes from the larger tile stores and thank God we found Ideal. They blew the othersout of the water, price-wise. We had replaced the countertops on 4 bathrooms, kitchen and pool house ( approx 142 square feet). Professional and amazing service from start to finish. I will strongly recommend this company to everybody who's looking for excellent workmanship. Will definitely use them on our next project.

Absolutely horrible!The countertop didn’t fit when they installed it. They removed and re-installed it 3 more times, for a total of 4, and it still doesn’t fit. It was clearly not measured, or cut properly the first time, but they insisted on trying to “re-cut” it every time. Each time they removed the countertop and re-installed it, they did more damage to our walls and new kitchen cabinets. The finished product had a ¾” gap between the cabinet and wall that could not be covered by the tile backsplash. We were told they would fill it so no one would notice. The seam was 1/16” higher on one side than the other, with jagged edges. We had to pay a stone restoration company hundreds of dollars to grind and re-polish it. They couldn’t believe it was a new installation. The owner of Ideas used phrases like “This isn’t our first rodeo” and “We are the professionals”. There is absolutely nothing professional about them. It is clear they have no idea what they are doing. This has to be the worst company in Windsor. Pictures of their workmanship are attached.

We are are in complete agreement with all of the other great reviews! We are so happy with our new kitchen! We highly recommend Ideas Cabinets and Countertops! Every member of their team is friendly, honest and easy to work with. We were especially impressed with Steve, the cabinet installer. He did an incredible job...and I am pretty particular! Thankfully, so is he! Steve was a pleasure to have in our home. From his entertaining personality to his incredible attention to detail, Steve is just plain excellent at his job. The price was right with no surprise extra fees. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company for your kitchen reno!
