Good Doctors Kingston (728 Milford Dr)

As one of the millions of Ontarians without a family doctor, I am not sure what I would do without Good Doctor. I have seen both Megan and April (on-site RNs), and they have both been wonderful to interact with. Each time I have connected with a doctor virtually, they have been efficient and kind. I hope the government will continue to fund this type of care for people who need access to health care but are without a family doctor for support.

Not actually walk-in, you need an appointment. Then they make you wait half an hour before someone comes out to tell you this, and she is very rude about it.

As someone who doesn't yet have a family doctor in the area, this clinic is seriously the next best thing. It's so nice to have a real person to talk to before the virtual call with the doctor, and Megan (nurse on site) is so lovely. Highly recommend this clinic!!

Booking was very simple and appointments were readily available, within 1-2 days. This cannot be matched elsewhere in Kingston.Upon arrival, we have always been taken in at our scheduled time slot.Megan was very polite, respectful, professional and efficient in taking our history, medical symptoms, and linking us in with a virtual doctor. The doctors were always sincere and concerned with our medical issues, and referrals were completed quickly and completely.Megan also provided some health teaching and recommendations as per her allowable nursing scope. She was absolutely wonderful.We are very fortunate and thankful to have this service in Kingston, considering the generally poor state of primary care in the area.

Great customer service. Simple booking process. Appointments are readily available, within 2-3 days. I don't have a family doctor due to the long queue in registration. But fortunately, at this place, I got an on-call appointment with a doctor to see my leg injury. Dr. did not call me at the scheduled time (half an hour late) but they did. However, open from 8 am to 4 pm Mon to Thur only. The rest of the things are excellent.

The on-site nurse was very helpful, as were the staff of the pharmacy. Both doctors I’ve seen were efficient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. The lab work they ordered was followed up promptly.Sometimes my telephone appointments were a bit late, but the doctors always came through.If you don’t have access to a family doctor, this clinic is a good alternative until you find one.

Have visited the clinic over 7 times. Nurse Megan was always polite, informative and thural. She keep me informed every step of the way. Great experience.They run a tight ship!

On site nurse was wonderful! Will come back to get meds refilled etc. Much appreciated efficiency, kind pharmaceutical staff also
