Je me suis présenté au magasin à 16h48 pour acheter des ballons pour la fête à mon fils. La dame m’a répondu qu’elle n’allait pas prendre 5 minutes de son temps pour gonfler des ballons avant la fermeture puisqu’elle était payée jusqu’à 17h et qu'en me servant elle n’aurait pas le temps de compter sa caisse et de fermer le magasin avant la fermeture. Je trouve ça quand même aberrant comme service à la clientèle de refuser de gonfler des ballons 12 minutes avant la fermeture alors qu'il n'y a aucun client parce que la personne responsable du magasin mentionne être payée jusqu’à 17h et non 17h01.
