Went in to inquire as to why my SMS was no longer working since the update. (for at least a few weeks now) I had already researched online, called tech support, ect. The girl behind the desk seemed like I was interrupting something, although there were no other customers in the store and I had an appointment. Terrible customer skills. Would not recommend. She was not helpful and pretty rude.

The young last at the desk was very rude. I was the only one in there and it seemed like I was bothering her. I was in to purchase a I phone 11 pro max and ended up going to other store. Will never go there again. Will be sharing my experience with my business associates.FYI, I was in there January 7 2020 close to 12:00 pm. See who was in staff

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere elseParent got a new iPhone 8 with a new contract, had the customer service rep assist her in setting up her phone for the “cough” low fee of $39.99 (Heard from a few people this is quite high).Within less than 2 hours the phone wiped itself and had to be set up again by my niece. By the next morning, the phone wiped itself again and then wouldn’t allow me to get past a certain step in the set up. Niece called this location to say there are issues and we want a new phone, only to be told they’re will be no exchange or return, COMPLETELY contrary to Bell’s policy as well as CRTC rules. I went personally with my parent to this location within 20 min of the phone conversation. Customer service rep tried to set up the phone only for the phone to lock/freeze on one of the set up screens. Told at that time there was nothing he could do and told us he could send the phone away or we could go to the Apple store. At this point the phone had been in my parent’s possession less than 24 hrs.Upon arriving at the Apple store later that day, we were asked why we weren’t given a new phone immediately and this particular phone should have been declared DOA (dead on arrival). At this point the Apple rep cleared everything off the phone and reinstalled the software. While this appeared to help with the situation of the phone wiping itself randomly, other issues with the phone started to occur. After a week of frustration, we returned yet again to this location and said we would like to exchange this phone for a new one, as issues keep occurring . We were initially told we needed to be able to provide video of the problems with the phone. Since all issues were intermittent and sporadic, this would be impossible. And taking into account that the service rep himself saw that there were issues with the phone already, and also that THE CUSTOMER HAS 15 DAYS to exchange or return, there should have been no problem.Unfortunately our exchanges turned into the necessity of me having to ask for his boss/superior. I was handed the store phone and told I was speaking to the service manager. From here things went from bad to worse. Some of the wonderful words of wisdom from a very condescending sounding man were: (in response to why the phone wasn’t declared DOA) we don’t return phones to Apple, we don’t have that relationship, we only repair phones; Apple did not reinstall software, they did a factory reset (when we were told specifically what was being done each step of the way at Apple when we took the phone there); there’s no problem with the phone, it’s only a software issue. Ma’am, you wouldn’t return a computer to the store if there was a problem with Windows; if Apple thought there was a problem with the phone, why didn’t they give you a new one when you went there to get it fixed; I will not exchange your phone, I will only repair it; and several more times of him telling me he would not exchange the phone. So after me sadly having to raise my voice several times throughout this entire conversation, 40 minutes later, the service manager said he would give us a return (even though we stated from the very beginning and I said several times throughout this whole ordeal that we wanted an exchange or return). He was quite “polite” at the end of it all too, not saying anything to me after I agreed that, yes, absolutely I want a return, and that according to his service rep (who inspected the phone thoroughly) that the phone was in perfect condition, his response was to only give me silence.We went to another store (not owned by the owners of this location) to get a new phone and were greeted with head shakes and disbelief over what garbage we had to put up with. The phone should have just been exchanged with no problems and they took it to the next level, hoping for ignorance or someone who is too scared to speak up for themselves.Word to the wise: DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Excellent support on the phone. The technicians have been very good, all but one. One was still learning, is all. Whenever there is an issue, they explain and rectify it asap.

Went in to discuss what my new phone options would be as my current phone was dropping calls. Was fortunate to have Josh provide assistance for me as he reset a software setting, letting me know that it often will resolve the issues i've been experiencing.Regardless that my issue is solved, I appreciate that he did this for me rather than selling me a new device that I may not need. When the time does come I hope that Josh can point me in the right direction once again.

Joshua Teichroeb from this location provided excellent customer service to myself along with family. Not only was he knowledgeable of all the contracts and electronics we were interested in, Joshua was also personable/professional with my family and provided us with a positive experience. We all ended up getting three new iPhone's because of Joshua's knowledge and professionalism, after months of struggling to find the perfect contract/phone.
