i normally do not leave reviews. but i am a regular here and wanted the owner or managers attention that the new staff you hired in December, i believe is Jasmin, requires re-training or a lot of attention. she has no motivation, no enthusiasm every time i go. i had noticed her when she was in training and she is working alone now but a big change in attitude and service quality.

Probably the most dirty Ultramar experienced to date & car wash unable to give receipt and attendant said unable to produce since system not connected

One of the Ultramar stations that had a complete makeover of the dépanneur since they were bought out by Couche Tarde. Pumps and fuel are still Ultramar branded. Recent upgrade to carwash, now with both touchless and contact wash systems with multiple wash selections.

Went there for couple times because of CIBC point card. Terrible services, esso and shell must better.

TLDR: sketchy people, bad service. bewareTuesday 4am: I stopped to buy bread (no price tags). The system was having a problem and the clerk told me it would be just a moment, but minutes went by, and I lost patience and left. that's understandable up to a point. good service would have been: give me the price, charge taxes, take my money, fix the problem on your own time and don't make a customer wait. I don't need the receipt.Wednesday 2am: I went to pick up a vanilla coke. 2.19 ea, 3.29 for two. I thought I might as well buy 2. I knew I looked a little tired but I guess the clerk took me for an idiot and charged me full price for both. lol. I asked him to give me a moment to walk over to the fridge again to make sure they were on special. Walked back to the cash to see the corrected price. lol. 3.90 total, taxes were charged. DOES NOT OFFER ME THE RECEIPT. DisrespectThey don't pay their taxes. Definitely will not get my gas from there anymore. they probably sell you 89 instead of Supreme.

I would have give “Zero” point as she did not even asked me for the CIBC 3 cent off per liter and I lost almost $2 of saving.And terrible customer services and doing their job just to have talk with each others.

Pretty clean, typical gas station. I am constantly having issues with pump credit card reader, it's forcing me to pay inside, wasting time in the queue. On the plus side - gas prices seems to be the same or lower for the area, more pumps vs. some other places. Staff is friendly, but only one counter most of the time.

had great selections even deals on good products I'm new to area & needed a taxi & sweet cashier found number & called me one super friendly and spoke English great above & beyond customer service thank you & God bless

Typical has station. But have nothing to complain about. Sevicr is nice!

It's a gas station. But those morning pastries are bomb!
