We were already impressed with our sales representative, Mme Martine Verroeulst at time of purchase of our furniture, but many furniture stores will sell you BUT when service is needed many times service does not exist. We had an issue with one of our leather recliners and Mme Sabrina Grattagliano (who is responsible for service and delivery) did her utmost to have our problem resolved. Since we had an intermittent" problem it was difficult to find. Service technician was promptly dispatched

Horrible experience. I purchased a couch a little over a month ago and it had a very evident defect of fabrication. The day we got the couch we found the L-part of the sectional was a little more flimsy/caved-in than the other side but did not think anything of it. Fast forward a few days later, as I am vacuuming under the couch, I notice a spring (or metal piece of some sort) has pierced through the material and is now sticking out (hence the cave in my L section).I proceeded to call the store and never got a call back. Day 2: I called again, spoke to someone re-explained the facts, again says she would speak to manager and call me back, still no call back. Day 4: I call back and speak to a Valerie who said they would repair it but I would have to bring them the couch and pick it up when it is repaired (great service right?, especially when they have their own internal delivery service that should be taking care of transporting the couch back and forth…). I refused as couch should be replaced or repaired at their cost at the very minimum! Valerie says owner would be calling me back , I waited a few days and never got a call. It is now over a week, still no call. AVOID this store, you will pay the big bucks and the stuff looks great but quality is worse than Ikea. VERY DISSAPOINTED, the consumer protection office will take care of this matter from here on out. Thank you for your horrible service and all the frustration Mariette Clermont!

This I s a fabulous, higher end furniture store located in Laval Quebec. One of a kind pieces, much leather and assorted pieces. Wide spacious showroom, Tons of selection, styles and fabrics. The best part of this store is the customer service. No pressure and great guidance, see Lynne, she did a wonderful job in taking care of me and what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place for unique high quality furniture and related products.

Let me start with the good. Mariette Clermont has amazing products and really talented and experienced designers who work in their store. Big selection of furniture and great styles. I have been a repeat customer over the past 6 years.However, my last experience with them was disappointing.Ordered a bunch of furniture in January. 2 of the 6 pieces of furniture were damaged or completely broken when they arrived. Mariette Clermont replaced the broken pieces, but it was a hassle.The challenge I had with this order was a couch. The couch took 10 months to arrive. I understand this was during COVID and there were some understandable delays.The main issue we had was with how Mariette Clermont's customer service handled it. There was very little empathy. At one point after waiting over 6 months for the couch they told us you can cancel your order
