The manager there with blonde hair was very rude with the way she spoke to me and made me cry when I left the store. She was dismissive of my proof for not having a physical copy of my health card as a second form of ID which I stated to her I only had a photo because I had to order a new one. Very unprofessional the way she was speaking to me and walked away, I understand policy but there are polite ways to solve issues. Luckily I came back later and Priyanka helped me and and she was lovely and very helpful!

My wife and I felt VIP with Amith. He was able to advise us our options with pros and cons. Not focus on more sales but for more good service to the customer! In my 7 years in Canada, he got us the best experience in buying a new phone. He deserves all the credits! By the way the store is very cozy too!
