I'm a bit disappointed. The website says an order made before 2pm can be delivered the same day. While I ordered these flowers around 1:30pm on Friday and was hoping for (and asked for) same day delivery I wasn't really expecting it. I assumed it would be done by Saturday before noon which, to be fair, they tried. Unfortunately because my friend had gone out on Saturday, the delivery driver waited until Monday to deliver the arrangement. Not ideal but I do understand having a day off...but then the flowers are already two days old on delivery. I think that's just unfortunate circumstances.What was also frustrating was the website didn't give me an option to choose a card or even to put a message to go with the flowers when I ordered them; there was a fillable spot for special instructions and for the date of delivery and that was all. Because of this, I sent a private message to my friend ahead of time so she could have the sentiment once she received the flowers.Communication was also weak. I received an email on Saturday morning asking about a card to which I replied that it was too late and to please just deliver the flowers, which if course, they tried. But then I didn't receive any communication to say they hadn't been able to be delivered and when they would try again. I also didn't get a confirmation once they had been received.In the end, the arrangement looks pretty standard and not as carefully crafted as the photos on the site show. It basically looks like a supermarket arrangement put in a container, not the classy cube arrangement I had expected. To their great credit, when I complained I received a prompt email saying they would check in on the delivery service and an offer of a new arrangement which I very much appreciated. I would consider using these guys again, based on their other reviews I think maybe this was a one-off bad day.

Beautiful, stunning bouquet arrived with the owner, Kyla, this morning which was rectifying a miserable bouquet that was sold to my husband the previous day. The matter was handled in a professional, friendly and speedy manner. I will support this small business in the future. Thank you Kyla.

I love every bouquet and floral arrangement I get from Limelight. They recently made my bridal bouquet and travelled all over the place to make sure I had white heather in it because it's traditional for a Scottish wedding. They're pricey but do an amazing job.

Limelight does such a wonderful job with all of their floral creations. I have relied on them many times and have received several arrangements from them over the years from friends. Their creations are always unique and beautiful. They are the best floral design company on the North Shore in my opinion.

A gorgeous Limelight bouquet arrived from my husband for our wedding anniversary: beautiful red roses, white hydrangea coordinated with crocosima and salal! Years ago I also had a gorgeous, large arrangement made which lasted quite a while! You can never go wrong with this amazing florist! :D

I used limelight florals to do my wedding florals, and I could not be happier with my decision.My florist was Lara, and from the get-go she was kind, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. She took what I wanted and using her expertise, was able to make it come to life. I was so happy with my flowers the day of, and most of my guests complimented how beautiful the floral arrangements were.I would really recommend using limelight as they were extremely easy and nice to work with, and amazing at what they do!

We recently asked Kyla to design a larger floral arrangement and several smaller bouquets for my Mother's Celebration of Life Service. This was based on my Mother's favorite flower which was a Stargazer Lily. The design that she came up with was truly remarkable and ready on very short notice. Incredible job with top notch service. Last year, we needed two bouquets of flowers within a certain budget and Limelight was able to provide very fast service!
