Never been to a bin store before, asked how it worked and was told by an employee 1 box was 25$. After putting items in a box and going to pay for it, they opened up the box and accused us of theft because there was more then 1 item in the box because that's apparently not how it works. The manager asked us to point out the employees who told us this, I couldnt remember and found that quite rude..Also, it was apparently 10$ day when the banner said 25$ day clear as day on the way in.Never ever going here again. 0/10 experience and embarrassed us In front of many people.Obviously these people don't know how to run a business, or teach their employees the correct things to say to people entering the building for the first time.

So me and my granddaughter heard from a friend that this place would be cool to explore. We went to the store just briefly seeing what was in the bins and then we started browsing. My granddaughter noticed that all the male workers gave somewhat dirty looks. They also didn’t bother talking to anybody unless asked. You can’t open boxes on your own you need to ask an associate, otherwise you pay a 25$ fee. Most of the stuff there is literal garbage. Phone cases for phones that aren’t sold. Keyboards with multiple keys missing. Or overpriced garbage. In the end we won’t be visiting anytime soon.

I feel this place was a bit over hyped. Maybe it's better if you are there when they open...I don't know.There is ALOT of junk for sure. Cell phone cases for phones that don't exist, old computer pieces etc.You feel rushed too..they yelled out 10 minutes left and I hadn't even gone through half the store.None of the staff talks to you either.Also you have to be careful and know how much things are normally. For example a container of spices...today would be $10. I know I can get it cheaper than that. But however a 30ct pack of.kcups for $10 when it's normally $20 is a good deal.Go early and watch what you buy is my advice.

It's really funny how people are complaining on review's saying they're keeping the good stuff ( if it was my store I would keep it too)! What can you buy at big box stores these days for $25 max? Thousands of people visit each week and all I see is bad review's like really? I've got awesome stuff for really cheap. I don't know what people really want to find for 5 bucks lol if you don't like it don't visit it's that simple. Ohh btw people stuff bunch of random items in a bag and they say they found it like that lol no you didn't you're trying to steal it. Anyways people are awful, this place is full of awesome items.

If 0 stars was a thing, this business would deserve it.Came here the other day with my mother, We were POLITELY greeted by one of the females working. As we walked throughout the store it was alright, it was near close and at close one of the men came up and said “we’re closed. You have to stop shopping.” In a stern tone & walked away, another employee (older male) whispered under his breath “atleast he was nice about it.” The men here have attitude issues & are very careless and rude with their customers. They seem pretty miserable with their jobs in all honesty. The females on the other hand are respectful and kind, I had no issues when dealing with them. We ended up paying $10 PER ITEM it didn’t matter how big or SMALL. As we were leaving we were faced with a male standing at the door with a dirty look on our way out, not very inviting at all & I won’t be coming back here. I wouldn’t recommend you do either unless you’re okay with getting dirty looks & being uncomfortable your entire visit.

Junk, junk and more junk. Empty boxes (a sign says if you open, you buy) and boxes with items that you don't have any idea what's in them. Hmm, maybe that's why they were opened. I had to check it out, I don't need to go back. It really is incredible the stuff people have bought and returned to Amazon making this place possible. Careful when sifting through stuff, I unfortunately cut by an item.

Came the other day and Ali was an amazing employee like 10/10. Made my experience good. My 6 kids loved him too. Such a good worker and funny guy!

It was my first time here and it was $5 Monday’sOver all great experience, MOST of the staff was great and helped when I needed something and only one person just seamed to not acknowledge people.Over all though I got some great items and am pleased with the outcome! I’ll definitely be shopping here again!!Also please note that yes, some of the stuff their wasn’t worth $5, but that’s why you have to know your prices and decide if it’s worth it or if you should wait for their $3 or $1 days!

Never coming back here again, very rude cashier and supervisor. No manners whatsoever , the owner should train staff properly to use manners and give people respect with an excellent customer service. Also know that your business is nothing without customers to support your business. Rude people in your business will NOT ATTRACT people to come and spend their money.

I've had many great finds here. The new manager Nermer is very kind, polite, and friendly. She helped find my missing wallet. I offered to treat her to lunch, but she turned it down. I'll be back for sure!
