Mophead

I got my hair done with Jello here and she does not disappoint! I stopped seeing her a couple years ago and I don’t think I’ll stop again! She genuinely cares about your hair health and you as a person!! She will let you know how to maintain your coloured hair and hair health. My hair was quite damaged with pink colouring, bleach and she definitely rejuvenated it - I was very surprised it was possible! It’s been three months and my ends still don’t look fried like they would’ve by now! It often takes more than six hours for my thick black/long overdue hair but it’s so worth it in the end. She has previously cut my hair to a bob cut and beige coloured too and it was amazing! Currently have a milk tea color now!

I would call Mophead and Raff the GOAT. I’ve done both of my hair cut and hair dye here with Raff and all I want to say is that he’s literally the best. Talk little but know better than yourself in terms of what looks good for you.If you are looking to get your hair done in a way that you wouldn’t regret or disappointed after, come check this place out and let them surprise you. Every single employee in the store can bring your joy while you stay. Impressive.

Came here on multiple occasions to get my hair done by Eunice. She always exceeds my expectations, not only does my hair turn out amazing she also makes the experience really good. The customer service from all the staff is amazing and are really welcoming.

My experience at Mophead was an absolute nightmare. The hairstylist completely messed up my hair, leaving me with a style that was nowhere near what I asked for.To add insult to injury, the owner promised me free services to make up for it, but when I tried to claim them, they conveniently acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. It's infuriating when they play games and break their promises.I strongly advise against going to Mophead, unless you're looking for a botched haircut and a whole lot of disappointment.

I recently visited Mophead hair salon in Richmond, BC and had the pleasure of having my hair styled by the amazing Eunice. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease.The salon itself is very clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish decor that makes for a comfortable and enjoyable hair styling experience. The stylists are all friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly care about their clients and their hair.But what truly stood out for me was the exceptional hair styling skills of Eunice. She listened carefully to my needs and took the time to understand my hair type and what I was looking for. She was able to provide expert advice and recommendations, and the end result was simply stunning.Eunice's attention to detail and her passion for her craft really shone through in her work. She took the time to ensure that every strand of hair was styled to perfection, and the final result was exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed with the longevity of my hair color - it has now been over 2 months and it's still maintaining its vibrancy and shine, which is truly amazing!I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful, and I received many compliments on my new look. I would highly recommend Mophead hair salon and Eunice to anyone looking for a fantastic hair styling experience. The salon has a great vibe and the stylists are truly the best in the business. I would give Mophead and Eunice a solid 5 stars and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

3/24/2023first time visit, Raff helps me, he is very professional and pleasant! i booked at 1600 but he comes to serveme only by 1627, he apologises for being late as he said no one advises him i arrived., for this reason, he offers me some discount to compensate for being late., first time i meet a hairstylist who is so humble and polite., not to mention he is one of the creative director in this salon !but the salon is very busy at the time when i visit, really no place to move ., anyway, will comeback again !

Got so many compliments for my new hair style! There were many of my friends asking me where I did the hair cut. Huge thanks to my hair stylist Kana. She was very professional. Price was also great and affordable. I want to make this hair cut permanently if possible :) Will definitely come back soon.

I went in for an appointment but they were super busy and made me wait over 40 minutes even though I had booked ahead of time already. On top of that, my hairstylist was pretty unprofessional and didn't seem to know how to manage my hair. Even though I explained clearly what I wanted my haircut ended up being a mess and I had to get it fixed at another place. Overall disappointed as they made me wait for a long time for a subpar haircut. Will not be coming again.
