I visited AJS extermination for a bug issue at home and received excellent customer service.Later on, I hired them to come spray the exterior of my house for the summer. The fee covers 4 treatments. The fee was high, but I still went ahead because I thought they are a honest company. A staff would always calls me a few days before they passby for the treatment. After the treatment is done, the technician would always leave a note on my door (much like the delivery notice from Canada post) letting me know that they passby. I can also smell the spray when I walk close to my house after the treatment is done.The first 3 treatments was done with no issue. Then in late August I got a call from AJS telling me they wanted to passby the following day to spray. However I told them the following day will rain, so the technician agreed to postpone the treatment and confirm I will receive another call before they will passby. I never receive any call from AJS. Fast forward to October, I decided to give AJS a call to see when they will passby for the final treatment. After investigation on their side, I was told that they have already came early September to spray the final treatment. I was surprised to hear this because I never receive any phone call, nor did I see any notice left on my door. I also did not recall smelling any bug spray when I walked close to my house (and trust me, the smell was so strong, it would be hard to miss it). I also remember on the day that they claimed they passby, I was on vacation and I was home most of the day. I explained to the lady over the phone, she told me maybe her staff passby when I was in the basement or the bathroom... I also explained to her nobody ever called me, no notice note left in my door and no smell, she simply said maybe the wind was strong it blew away the notice and the smell... What a coincidence.In a nutshell, I am very disappointed with their customer service after this experience. I paid for 4 treatments but ended up getting only 3.

Our family have been dealing with them for 10+ years for external bug control.They offer very attentive service and ensure every nook and cranny gets sprayed. They call before coming and also respect special instructions (i.e. do not spray directly on the window). We have also purchased their products to use and they are top-notch.They also offer honest and helpful advice. They are truly working for our best interest and will not try to upsell if not necessary.Definitely recommend without hesitation.

Overall I am satisfied with your service but I have noticed lately that we have a lot of ants on our property and they are invading our gazebo in the back and the balcony in the front of the house and are afraid that they will come in the house. I would appreciate if you could come and spray as soon as the weather is dry. Thank YouRichard Fortier

Been using them for a few years to spray my properties annually in Brossard. The service is good. Their staff very professional. Most recent experience was they had to inspect a triplex for potential roach infestation. The tenants were very happy with their professionalism and willingness to comply with their COVID precaution requests (mask, gloves, and sanitizer). The left advice and suggestions which were very appreciated. I have since called them back and they suggested cost saving approaches. I'd recommend them!

They came the same day that i called. At first they sent someone who didn’t speak a word of english- which is fine as we do speak french but he was quite rude because we were anglophones. However they sent someone else (Mike) and he was polite, and apologized for his colleague and did a great job. very professional and thorough.

Would definitely recommend tried different svc over the years and AJS was the 1st to show effects right away! The company has bilingual employees which is a definite asset!

The job is done, I don't have anymore issues with the presence of ants in my house. They always call before comig over for a treatment which is appreciated. Very satisfied customer
