Alana has been managing my property in Windsor since 2018. I have been super happy with her. She and her husband do all the hard work such as maintenance and finding tenants, so that I remember having a property only when the rent gets deposited every month.

Good luck with them. Hope you never need anything done. Had the furnace out due to flooding 2x because they had no sump pump. Broken sewage pipe out front over a year. Get use to excuse after excuse with these incompetent people. They are so far over their heads its not funny. They would have trouble managing a paper route.

The tenants have told me how roach infested these units are. There is ALWAYS garbage in the alley. The owner of the building on Erie st does not live in town. IT would seem that the landlord or property management is a slum lord. The city is aware of this and will start to fine them

In managing my own duplexes I had to contact RAM property management regarding their clients property multiple times concerning their clients clogged eavestroughs and damaged roof which rain flooded over and caused massive puddles to pool between our houses, causing my foundation to show signs of pressure damage. I waited for months with no action before having to file a property complaint with the city in order to get it fixed. These people don’t care about managing your property with any degree of care or integrity. Stay away! You’ve been warned!
