Was very disappointed in how the store manager Adam handle my return. I was given a discount for buying their warranty on an item which was already on sale.A few days later the item went on sale for $50 cheaper. He refused to do anything and didn't even bother to educate me on what would happen if he did discount the product further.When I said I would go to another store to see if they could help me out, he proceeded to call someone. On my way out he said I've blacklisted you company wide" with a condescending tone. He made me feel like a criminal.I proceeded to go to another 2001 Audio Video and the gentleman there was very helpful and even offered to do $40 off the sale price if I bought the warranty but also educated me on the different tiers for replacements. I decided against the warranty due to these well laid out facts and extremely transparent and friendly manager.Adam clearly needs to learn how to handle customers in a more friendly manner. This was my first and most likely last experience dealing with 2001 Audio Video. If they weren't the only retail outlet to sell car audio I probably wouldn't have stepped foot in the doors. You had a chance to create a customer for life and Adam blew it."

2001 Audio Video is the only store where I could find the LG OLED48CX TV, albeit as a pre-order. When I placed the order, someone from the online sales department called me to make sure that I knew what I was getting and that there was a significant wait time. I thought that was a very nice hands-on touch. The expected availability date of this TV was delayed by a month, however this worked out for the best since they had the 55 inch version on sale. I called back the online sales department and they helped me switch my order to the 55 inch model and add a wall-mounting bracket. The process was super easy and shipping was incredibly fast.About a week after buying the TV, I saw that Best Buy had their anniversary sale and one of the deals was that same TV for $300 less than what I paid for it. I emailed the online sales department to ask if my purchase qualified for their price matching policy and they processed a refund for the difference right away.The service was excellent, communication was clear and prompt, and the experience overall really great. They will definitely be top of mind for any of my future AV purchases.

Not very pleased with the manager Adam and how he handles things when it comes too customers. Also alot of the other staff acts and seems totally uninterested in talking too customers when they come in the store. One staff member Ryan is the only one who has been interested in helping or answering questions.

Dealt with salesman, Dan, not far from closing time. Was superlatively helpful and informative about a range of products, totally without the condescension that sometimes exists in such places.A satisfying experience. We would return.

Would like to share my experiance I have purchased my 5.1 home cinema from whitby store and Paul in that store has exceptional service standard which I think was above and beyond. After my home cinema I want to purchase Sonos and again it was Paul who made my purchase so easy. Really appreciate for all the help Paul.

Another great experience. I have purchased goods here multiple times. Everything is of excellent quality and a good price. Most importantly, to me, the staff are all very knowledgeable on their products and are very focused on customer service and satisfaction. Highly recommend this store.

Excellent service. Went in for a Samsung TV. Cameron was the salesperson and was personable. Walked out with a new Samsung TV. No pressure , no hassle sales process. Great price including an extra year of manufacture warranty ! Very pleased and will recommend.
