I'll start by saying Google's directions take you to the wrong side of the building hahaha the woman inside was polite, offered a little help with bra fitting, considering we were to stay 2 meters apart. She didnt seem super knowledgable about bra sizing, certainly not the same service as you would recieve at a place like Victoria's secret, but over all a pleasant experience, good prices, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Rita and Ella at the Vaughan location are absolutely fantastic!! Rita is an eagle-eyed angel who can take one look at you and tell you exactly what size you need, and give you wonderful suggestions about styles for your specific need or occasion. I generally truly dread clothes shopping, but these two ladies made this a very pleasant and really fun experience! I am also absolutely thrilled with my purchases!

Although I didn't find an outfit that was ideal for the occasion, the store was very clean and organized. Shantay was extremely helpful and went above and beyond customer service expectations. I will be back for regular shopping.

The clerks at this location on Sept 12 went above and beyond to help me find a suitable outfit, from advice on sizing to looking up what the weather would be during my event. Bless these lovely young ladies.

Needed shoes for a wedding in a few weeks. I have a disability and finding comfortable shoes is a nightmare. The ladies at this location were very helpful took their time with me and bingo! I have shoes for the event that are so comfy, like slippers. Price was very good also!

There were not a lot of people in the store. Can you tell me why one customer will take 20 minute to check out and that customer only doing all returns, while a buying customer has to wait for over 25 minutes, with no acknowledgment? Had to leave my clothes and walk out.

I ordered an item online it was too big, I attended the Woodbridge store to return the item, Josie assisted me in ordering the correct size online. As well they had many items on sale, Josie assisted me in selecting my size, Josie went above and beyond. Always warmly welcomed at this location, they do have a washroom and disabled access, and ample size change rooms with seats inside. This is my preffered location of Penningtons for the overall great experience. Just got a lovely pair of jeans from this location too. Thank you very much!
