Absolutely disappointed!!! They’re coffee actually it’s pretty decent only if they listen the order carefully. I work nearby so i order often from this location, however 8 out of 10 times they’re order it’s messed up. Just right now i ordered oat milk capuccino decaf and repeated 3 times oat milk and they gave me regular milk. How hard it is to take an order!!! This location really needs to improve their listening skills!!! Ridiculous

They'll let you stand 10 minutes at the mobile pickup counter before even coming to see what name your order is under. And then, of course, it's not ready, even if you placed it before walking across the mall. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.

Awfully poor customer service ! And every single time you visit this place , they are out of food items or they close their food item station early. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Unfortunately they haven't updated their store hours. The staff are trying their best, thats obvious, they're always polite to me. However it's frustrating thinking you can get food before work to realize their hours aren't accurate

Mostly clean, service was quick, food was cheap amd good gir the price. I recommend the cruller, it is sugary, it is super fluffy. Timbits are also good, basically donut balls with different flavours.

The food is so so but the staff look so sad and depressed. I hope things will change because it has deterred me from returning. Happiness is catchy and a friendly atmosphere is always an extra star in my reviews. If you are in a pinch get what you need but I hope they make it better. Needs improvement.

I ordered iced coffee with cream this morning but cream was all separating and it tasted awful . It was so sour , felt like expired and smelled disgusting too .

Would prefer to give no stars, but this is not an option. It's been awhile since I have eaten at a Tim Hortons establishment, and today's experience has further reinforced my decision to avoid this chain. After ordering our meals via a customer service reminiscent of an automated computer system- I was hoping to use either of the washrooms intended for customers only. I was told no key was required despite what the sign on both doors stated. So I tried both doors. Locked. I waited. No one exited. I tried again. Then I was told they are out of service by another Tim Hortons employee. She stated they were not clean but could let me in if necessary. I politely declined. We sat down on a dirty counter to eat our food. And maybe this is really just a state of the world we live in now, but thank goodness there was coffee to wash down the flavorless wraps and stale, dry donuts. During our 25 minute stay, at no point did any customer service employee tidy any tables or attend to the locked washrooms. But then I guess we still need to figure out how to get that process automated. Truly a souless experience.

Ordered Timbits and when I got home they were the wrong ones. I didn't think to check because it seemed easy. Their shelf talkers for the bits were not placed in the correct spot, so that's how I ended up getting the wrong ones. Please greet, say hello and most importantly, say thanks, it's one of my biggest complaints when I go to Tim's, no customer service. Speak a common language when you are around customers, I don't speak your language and when you speak a different one and laugh when I'm there, I assume you are laughing and talking about me. Let the customer know when your order is ready and direct them to where to pick up.
