Perfect car buying experience. I was treated like a star from start to finish. Everyone was relatable and friendly. I did not purchase a fancy car with a ton of bells and whistles and a large price tag. I bought an inexpensive vehicle that may have been one of the lowest priced cars on the lot. It fit my budget and they still treated me like a star. Everything about the vehicle was detailed in full with nothing hidden so I was able to make an informed decision. Additionally, they took my old car and gave me a very fair price as a trade. Overall review is five stars. Thank you all at Galaxy, especially Stephen for the stellar treatment and awesome pre-owned car!

They don’t slip a pig in a poke on you, but after carefully listening to your situation, they select the appropriate option for you. The name of the manager who helped me is Nick, he knows what he is doing! Perfect communication! I'm not a big connoisseur of cars, and despite my imperfect English, Nick helped me sort out all my questions. He gave answers to all possible situations in the near and distant future. We had been looking for a vehicle for 8 months in a market where nothing was remotely in our need or price range, and multiple dealerships turned us away because we have meager means but we are reliable financially. The first time I bought a vehicle from these guys was in 2015. It was a great experience. I recently went in to buy my wife a vehicle after paying my first one off since they were so great the first time. I'm not feeling the same as I did in 2015. Back then there was no pressure. I felt pressured to sign my offer, even though I kept repeating I was hoping to be treated like a returning customer. Before leaving the lot I pointed out the seams in my bumper cover were beginning to seperate, and it was brushed off by the sales agent as a Japanese vehicle thing".
