Way to expensive. You can get the same flooring for well under half price at any flooring store in Vancouver, just a ferry ride away. They treat thier staff badly. Go anywhere eles

I have a beautiful and expensive floor purchased from and installed by Rug Runners. My home presented challenges - a 63 year old Panabode with an uneven parkay floor. The goal was to install the new click laminate floor over the existing surface. The problems were solved successfully by Brad and his installers...the new floor was finished throughout the whole house.However the job was not complete. I purchased tiles from Rug Runners to complete the hearth and match the flooring. I wasn't informed that in order to transition from hearth to floor , Flooters ( Flueters ) were needed underneath the tiles to rest on the floor. I found this out after the tiles were laid and now have an unfinished hearth. What a sad and frustrating way to finish a stressful and difficult two year renovation. Shelley abdicated from any responsibility, saying they don't really deal with tile installation , my installer should have known, she told me at the time of purchase ( I was told after purchase) and on and on.During this last week Shelley and Brad reached out to correct this situation. They were willing to come to my home to finish the hearth with transition pieces. As appreciative of this offer as I am, I am unsure as to why the job was not completeted several phone calls ago .

I would highly recommend Rug Runners to anyone looking for quality flooring and service. Wendy and I purchased an area rug from them and when it arrived it did have some flaws from the supplier. Paid $300 for carpet stretch in 2 rooms. Was not told furniture did not need to be moved & put some extra pieces in second room. Hoped worker would help move a couple of things to do second room. Worker was here about 20 minutes, did 1 room & had to leave, said he could not help or stay to watch me get the second room ready.. We (2 seniors) were billied the full amount, because that was minimum, & when I complained I was told the worker would come back & complete the job. That was over a year ago and no one ever came back despite several contacts. Very poor service for a $300 minimum price.
