Minute Taxi Ltd.

This is probably one of the worst taxi companies.. u get told 5-10 minutes but they come in 20-25... the driver did not give two sh*ts nor did the person giving the calls out... they are careless and give u a hard time if u ask for debit.. worse than beck taxi..

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!! the taxi cab driver who picked me up was so rude and was yelling at me when I said I was paying debit worst taxi service ever

Who doesn't take credit card or debit in 2018? Wreaks of cigarettes.

I don’t understand how they only have one driver serving an area. Nobody told me it would take 45+ minutes for a cab to arrive. Rather inconsiderate if you ask me. I could have made arrangements for an Uber, I could have walked in the time it took for this cab to arrive. Waste of money if you ask me.

Very rude. Didn't even let me finish my sentence and just assumed that I was a costumer calling back acquiring service for an area they didn't cover!!!!

I was about to give them 5 star, but...I called Beck Taxi who referred them to me, as going from Vaughan to Pearson via Beck would cost $80 vs. $50 by a Minute Taxi.Reservation call went OK for a next morning 6 AM pick-up.Driver arrived 15 min ahead of time ( Excellent! ), but seems not to understand/ pay attention to small details that make a difference between mediocre and excellent taxi service:- the headlights, facing neighbor house's windows, stay on, until I asked the driver to turn it off { I would not appreciate if my neighbor would light for 10 min into my bedroom windows at 6 am}- 2- way dispatcher radio - was distinctively too LOUD with vehicle's window down and driver door open. {You don't do that at 6 am in a subdivision where even a sneeze resonates across several houses}- slamming the back door { same reason - NOISE! }- driver was not sure how to get out of the neighborhood to get to a major street, so we have to guide him a little guidance (which is fine, as not all the drivers have GPS or any other navigation devices).- driver did not ask about whether we need the MUSIC in the cabin or not - so we asked him to turn it OFF, as we wanted to have a nap.- the same applies to temperature control and smell (which were acceptable)- travel time - was EXACTLY as we expected (not much traffic at 6 AM)- and finally, the driver dropped us few gates short to our departure gate (800 ft - 250 m) (I guess on purpose :-))Despite all the above, I will use them again until I install Uber on my smartphone...

Worse experience ever. Tonight was the worse snow storm for the winter and my son had work till 2am. Beck referred us to minute taxi cause no cars were available. The driver picked up my son started driving in the opposite direction and asked him if he had money. My sin advised him he had the money at home when he get there he will pay. The driver told him I cant take you and made him get out. It's now after 2am in Vaughn and snow storm, my son had to walk from hwy 7 and Weston to Martin Grove and hwy 7 to get to Martin Grove and steels. I called the company and the dispatcher was a very rude and disrespectful person. He would not even let me talk. Never again with this company. Beck needs to stop giving them business. I won't be using either again. Uber from now on.

I have to really give these guys so much Praise I have only had 1 minor issue and the dispatch lady fixed that and that driver is not allowed to pick my husband and I up anymore. When we call it says do not send this cab number, I use this cab every Friday night and they are so quick and so friendly especially Abdul he is terrific we get him a lot. I like the fact I am not just a number to them and when my husband calls from his cell phone they say hi Mark you going home and we say yes and we are done. That is customer service for you and I would rather take these guys over Uber any day. You guys are absolutely amazing :) these people putting bad comments have probably had 1 bad experience and they are letting it impair there judgement......This is the best taxi service in Vaughan and I will keep fending for them, There are no other drivers that get out of their cab and help put your groceries in or bring them to your door. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.....
