CLSC Châteauguay

Worse experience ever. Came 10 minutes late to my appointment then was told to wait until my name is called. 45 minutes later the reception called me to tell me that since i came 10 minutes my appointment was cancel and to rebook for tomorrow. Could have told me that the moment i signed in instead of wasting 45 min of my time

I ended up in the clsc 2 times and both times eveyones was super nice one of receptionists when beyond her job and had nurse Danielle super nice but everyone was great thank you all

A dear friend of mine is very very sick and all the CLSC reception says is go to the emergency, however the emergency clinics are either not open or there is a waiting period so long that by the time he can be seen is during his workday. Pathetic. One of the main reasons I moved out of Chateauguay

Receptionist was rude, very rude.She spelt me name wrong (even though all she had to do was copy it) so I had to wait for everything to be redone.Then I waited forever because they never called my number & they had the nerve to say that I wasn’t attentive (I wasn’t the only person that didn’t hear their number called).CLSC Chateauguay do better!

can’t even get a blood test public without waiting 2 years, what a joke

Why is so hard to get an appointment to have my 1 yr old vaccine! They keep saying you must vaccine your child but I've been trying to get an appointment for 6 months now...when I call them they say go online. When I went online and make the appointment I show up and they don't have an app for me!!!!!!!!! Hate this place

Rude and arrogant people. I am bilingual but yet when speaking English, you can see the change in their attitude. This place is run exactly like the two walk-in clinics in Chateauguay. One should be very careful here as some of the personnel's hygiene is very questionable.

The wait is Usually long, people are usually restless, customer service is ok 3 out of 5 stars says it the best.

Horrible. I've tried calling to book a doctor's appointment on 4 separate occasions. Every time I've tried, I've been put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, only for the woman on the other end of the line to quickly spit out a prompt and hang up after less than a second. That is not an exaggeration, she literally can't wait longer than ONE second to hang up on you. For someone to hate their job is fine, but don't bring that negative attitude in a place that revolves around people's health and well-being. Those actions can have serious repercussions in such a workplace.Would never recommend to anyone, the amount of disrespect is unreal. I hope the receptionist finds happiness one day.PS: Definitely some fake 5 star reviews to bump their ratings

the receptionist cant speak English and French isn't great. plus she keeps hanging up on me making me call back and wait another 30 min...just to hang up on me again... this is the third time she has done this in 4 weeks.
