Sonic Onsite Services exeplifies superior customer service. Their professionalism is best in class and made me as a consumer feel valued and well looked after.Their knowledge of the products they sell is exceptional and it's very apparent that they truly care for your well being and not just to make a sale. Brianna was fantastic and easy to deal with... I purchased a pair of DB Blocker sleepers, and have had some of the best night sleeps since. They are very comfortable as they are custom molded to fit my ears. I would highly recommend Sonic Onsite Services to anyone!

These guys did a great job! There was constant communication before, during, and after their site visit. They were punctual, professional, respectful, and FAST. It took them about half as long to complete the audio testing than the company we used previously. Can't recommend these guys enough, we will definitely be using them in the future!

I had a small party (12 people) of friends interested in getting custom hearing protection. Originally I had booked with Charlene much in advance, but she cancelled short notice. Mike the owner went above and beyond, finding us a last minute fitter willing to come to my house on a Friday afternoon! Bobbi came out and got the whole group done in record time. Ask for Bobbi, she is great!

We have had Sonic Onsite Services come out to site twice now to conduct the Hearing Tests. They are reliable, felxible, do on site DB Blocker Fittings and best of all travel to you even if you are in a rural area. I would highly recommend them to any company looking for a perfessional company to do Hearing Tests.

I had my first hearing test done with Sonic and it was fantastic! Mike was very kind and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect, as well as the results afterwards.
