I have been taking Yoga classes with Kalpana for over 20 years. As my body has aged, she guides us through adapted poses to ensure we are challenged while doing yoga safely. Great classes.

OM YOGA CENTER
I have practiced yoga at the Om Yoga Centre for many years. The classes are never the same which keeps my interest. Even during these Covid times the classes have continued virtually which I really appreciate. Kalpana is an experienced instructor and is devoted to offering yoga classes to all ability levels. I highly recommend this studio.
