Do not trust them. I have been with them for 4 years, and when I wanted to upgrade my device and I had a loyality for $ 35 per month. They made mistakes and canceled my new contract just because they did not want to use my loyality. They told me you have to call them to fix the error. I called them and waited for more than 4 hours to reach the loyality department to end up telling me they can not do any thing to fix the error and I have to do a new contract paying more money. When I refused to do it and moved my line from them to another company, they sent me my bill adding a cancellation fee. My line was not upgraded since I have started with them, so why I should pay a cancellation fee since it was just monthly payment. They have unqualified representatives to deal with when you call them ( although the person who helped me in the bell located in Londonderry mall was very nice (Ayub)). They want to do whatever they can just to get more money from you. I wish I can give them negative. They also want to charge me the actuvation fees for another two lines eventhough they told me we will wave them NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Be careful to all my innocent people. Don’t trust what they say at the store or on the phone.No matter how much they will tell you, you will always end up paying more.They say it’s unlimited if you used more than your GB they won’t charge you. But you will be charged more than 15 dollar.I kept paying 25 dollar more for the past 2 years with no reason.And if you try to get out of Bell contract and move to another company, they will put you In Bad Credit for no reason.Watch Out please

Customer service here is not very good at all, I found a better rate for my monthly plan than I could get at the at this Bell store. I had the Bell rep on the phone and the lady behind the desk heard my conversation confirming the difference in price, all she said was she could not see the deal. Did not try to do anything and pretty much showed she did not care. The guy at west end store on 170 st said he would have to prove the price difference and call head office and match the price. The people at this store do not care, not helpful and based on my last call do not listen either. Go somewhere else for your Bell products. West end store on 170 st was very helpful.

The door is always locked so you have to stand outside until someone comes to unlock it; which I find very strange. Why would a retail store have their door locked during business hours?Staff is rude, very unknowledgeable. I’ve gone in there a few times to ask questions about my new phone after switching from a Samsung to an iPhone and they had to Google things. I could’ve done that myself. Another time I had bought a screen protector and the staff member asked if I wanted her to put it on but forgot to mention there was a charge for her to do this. I will never go back to this location.

The staff here are beyond amazing! Peter spent over an hour trying to get my phone working that was shipped to me by the loyalty department (who I won’t be dealing with again in the future) I was sent the wrong phone to start with but it was to much of a hassle to return it. They made it sound like it would be simple to get it up and running and it didn’t work but he was super patient and spent a lot of time doing it for me. All of the staff here are friendly too. When my contract is coming up I will go straight to this store and ask for Peter or Andrew they are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys!!

I have been a customer with bell for over 15 years and today I tried to start a new phone plan for our son. But they needed to do a credit check and I had to have a credit card. A year ago I started a new plan for my oldest son with no issue a year ago. I’m looking to switch our family to another service. Telus is looking very good

After calling several stores looking for a specific device, this one had it when all others didn't, and in all the variety of colours it comes in! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience pleasant. (Shout out to Cynthia). Highly reccomend this store if you are looking for the latest models.

What a bunch of lazy people. I went in to do a pre paid activation and they refused me service. They had two girls working at the time. When I asked why not they said they were too busy. I then commented that there were no customers in the store, and their retort was that they don't get paid to help me. Great customer service! What ever happened to common courtesy? I guess it only comes at a charge.
