I gave that location previously 5 stars, recently they dropped alot, the quality is no more good, the portion of meat is now way smaller. The cheicken scoop was half full, and he didn't also poor all of them in the sub. Basically it was a vegetarian sub with sauce.Restaurants are everywhere, pay ur money towards something worth it

Whoever made the grilled herb & cheese chicken teriyaki sub on sat Nov 26 between 2:15-2:30 am deserves a raise. I ordered from the subway app and that sub build was 100% PERFECT. I don't want a different employee ever making me a sub again! Couldn't have made it better myself (and I make a perfect sub after 2 years subway experience) literally couldn't have done it better myself. Thank you!

I went to this location on January 14, 2023 at 10pm and ordered a cold cut trio on a herb and cheese bun....it was for my other half...when I brought it home he said the bun was stale...and something made him very sick after...definitely food poisoning...Never will go to this location again.

Ordered on April 27th, time: 4:25 PMExtremely rude staff. The smoker lady had a condescending tone throughout. I felt like just canceling my order while she was making the sandwich. Just couldn’t bare her attitude. Get some other job, girl. Customer service ain’t for you.

Ordered through the app, my wrap was built sideways (first bite was only meat, all the toppings, sauce, etc. were layered behind), wife's bread was stale on top (think croutons) and soggy on bottom. Not the first time we've had issues at this location.

Whoever the Indian looking chick is that served me at 11:30, she needs to learn basic customer service skills. She’s disgusting to be around and horrible mood overall. At least fake a smile when a customer is being nice to you. And they have the nerve to put tip options on the til. *edit* the one with the ponytail, native looking and looks like she’s about to spit in your face.

I haven’t even asked for the toppings that have been added in my sub. Never liked banana peppers neither asked for spinach. Forced to eat just because i am working late night Bread is not even toasted. Added some kind of watery dressing. Never asked for this type of dressing. If a person is Ordering online that doesn’t mean that you have right to add anything and make the worst meal for a person and forcing them to eat or wasting money. We respect your hard work but please respect our hunger and money as well
