I highly recommend using Limoges Florist. The customer service is amazing and the flower arrangement that was sent to my mother is so beautiful and fresh. Exceeded all my ecxpectations and will be using them for every occasion moving forward!! Thank you so much for such beautiful work.

Second time I made order on the web and the flowers was beautiful,fresh and delivered at time.

The flowers were beautiful, however the customer service I received was very aggressive. The florist stated they would be there before 2pm, I waited around but I had to leave so we missed each other, completely fine. I got an email after 2pm from them telling me they were there before 2pm to deliver. I emailed back saying maybe it was after 2pm because I waited and did not see them. I was then sent an aggressive email telling me it was my fault, I did not provide a unit number (their is only one unit) and that she had to put her dog down that is why she couldn’t be there earlier. I was kinda put off by this because I was not sure why it was so aggressive… I responded saying that there was only one unit and I could not provide a unit number because there isn’t one. I was sorry to hear about her dog, but how was I supposed to know? Finally I asked for a refund for the shipping as it states on the website that it is free for within Limoges deliveries. I attempted to call earlier in the morning but there was no answer and the mail box was full. The florist responded stating “yes, I will go pick up my flowers” I was very confused as I did not ask her to go and pick them up nor did I ask for a refund for the flowers just the shipping. I then tried calling them again, as clearly there was a communication issue and I did not want them to be upset or feel I was upset, but again no answer and the voicemail full.The customer service left me feeling like I did something wrong after paying good money for some flowers. I know we all have bad days, but this just doesn’t sit well with me.Ps I have attempted to contact them and let them know how this experience was but I was left with no response.

Ordered a bouquet for someone all the way from the US and it was delivered to them less than 24 hours later!! Super pretty bouquet we are both pleased

Did not deliver flowers on time. No confirmation email. Did not even send me a photo of the final product before being sent out. Very poor communication, even when I sent an email, I was not responded to. Overall terrible experience, would not order from this place again. There are lots of other florist shops to choose from, avoid this one.Edit to reply: Even though there was a snowstorm, it does not excuse the lack of communication. I was not notified of the late delivery until the recipient of the flowers told me. I would not have wanted to send late flowers and was not given the option of cancelling or getting a refund. Many other businesses were able to deliver their products on that day so I'm not sure why a snowstorm is being used as the sole excuse but okay. I will NOT be ordering again.
