Went to Fountain Tire to get a slow leak in my rear passenger tire checked out, which turned out to be a valve leak. Car was in the back for 10 minutes and the mechanic comes out of the back to tell me he snapped my wheel stud right off of my car. When I confronted the manager about who would be paying for the repair he blamed it on me and that breaking my car was “unavoidable.” Would not ever recommend Fountain Tire to anyone until they make this right.

Call to get a price and an appointment. . ..1060$ out the door (exact words)Once installed they charged me 1600$Didnt try to fix the situation AT ALL !!!100$ CHEAPER AT CANADIAN TIRE.They should atleast matched that.YOU

Got a flat on the holiday weekend, staff here took us on right away. After seeing the tire was unrepairable they made every effort to get us back on the road quickly, safely and as inexpensive as possible. Highly recommend

I ran into problems with my tires with very little time to have them assessed and replaced. This location had me booked the following day and replaced my tires promptly. Great service, friendly staff!

Called and explained the road conditions I drive on, explained of having a couple of flats on those roads, they suggested of a stronger ( more ply ) with studs for the winter and summer tires..... great to talk to, approachable and very friendly

Can't thank this team enough, you guys are amazing. I needed a tire repair and arrived just after they closed up. They were kind enough to reopen and stay late to repair my tire. If they hadn't helped me I would have had to continue to re-fill my tire throughout the week until I could find a business that is open on the weekends due to my work schedule. Thanks again for your great customer service, will not hesitate to recommend you.
