Brother's Equipment Rentals
Brothers Equipment is very well managed and they have a very big selection of excellent rental equipment. I am a homeowner and I have rented from Brothers many times and the guys are helpful. A few weeks ago I just stopped in and the tool I needed had already been rented; the guys suggested that they could call me when the tool was returned. It worked out great when they called and I got the tool I needed.

Rented a sander for my deck. They gave me four sponges and a stack of sandpaper to go with it and I would return what I wouldn’t use. I used two sponges and two sand papers. When I went back to return it he tried to charge me for six sandpapers. They don’t give you a copy of the entry they make when you leave the store. Next time I’ll know to have a photocopy of what they’re entering. So I complained and he said I’ll only charge you for two. He charged me for two Sam papers and four sponges. An extra $16 more than what I really used. So beware I think this is how they make their money. Not happy.

I just wanted to thank you for the great service I recieved. Had an issue with my lawn mower and your shop did a repair that did not resolve the issue completely. When I returned you resolved my issue with a discount on a new mower since the other was going to cost to much to fix. I really appreciated your quick service and going a step beyond to help. They always have excellent prices compared to the other rental places. I happen to need an electric eel, which is a tool for cleaning out blocked sewer pipes, and the fellow at the dock suggested that I take an extra extension as I was leaving the loading dock because you might need it".It was just prior to closing time on Saturday afternoon

I have to say I do not jump onto google to write reviews but these guys at Brothers are all fabulous. Excellent team, very very nice staff, very helpful, friendly, fast, reliable, clean and professional. I was blown away by the service and how quick you are in and out with the tool in your truck. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and it really feels good going there. I can rely on you guys. My brothers! :D Amazing place will continue to go here all the time and will be buying tools off you.

Before you rent any equipment, make sure you understand that a day rental is only 8 hours of use. This wasn't communicated to me when I rented a bobcat for a backyard project and when I ran the equipment for 12 hours during that 1 day, I was charged a day and a half of usage. With no paperwork sent out beforehand, I was completely unaware of this and would have considered other options for rental knowing I would have been charged extra. Aside from this, my experience with them was great but this definitely left me with a sour taste and I will be looking elsewhere for future rentals.

Have been dealing with Scott & Don at Brother's Equipment for over 20+ years. They are always friendly, professional and helpful. Their service shop is great since they service what they sell. Great place to deal with, would recommend them highly.
