I would give 0 starts to this place. Customer service is really poor. The woman who talked to me was in a rush talking on the phone and didn't quiet help me. It is really uncomfortable to come to a place looking for orientation and instead you find people who has cero customer service skills. I would consider another office if you need something for your bussiness.

When you see the location online it’s says it’s open but when u get there it’s close do to the construction in building. No notes on even on the building entrance very unprofessional.

Called the Companies Branch to ask about my Extra-Provincial license application. Went through 3 different people, was put on hold and after 20 minutes someone comes on and then hangs up. Poor customer service.

Please share this with everyone. I gave my credit card information to get a report and I got charged twice. I called them to get a refund and they told me the only way to get my money is to drive all the way to downtown to get the money back basically they are saying forget about your money or take a day off to get it. I study law so I know my rights and I’m writing this review to protect everyone from getting ripped off from these private companies who I’m not sure if they are supported by the government.

So this is how it goes, I don't get it why do we have to call service Ontario waiting on the phone 40 minutes so someone answer and then they advise us to call a third party to do changes for us in our corporation in order to get a company key and do other changes we need to pay third party company. we need to ask someone to get us in. why why why. why not just sign in through Onatrio.ca ? someone please make it easy for us. I am waiting on the phone more then one hour right now and still no one has picked up to help me out. it is very confusing makes no sense. we should be able to just go and sign in just they you do on your email or any other social media accounts so easy just sign in and do any changes you want. I would really appreciate if the government rethink this process. and make it easy.

Very poor experience dealing with Shardane if that's even her real name. I called to request information but she can't even let me finish talking. Very disrespectful. It's sad to see my taxes go to waste paying this person's salary. Some people should never work in customer service.

Most of the people there go out of their way to help you. Good office, been dealing with them for more than a decade.

I wish there is a zero star option... I was trying to get an answer about why it was taking so long for my business to get registered (usually it takes 24-48hrs but mine is take 2+ weeks), and the lady on the phone was not being helpful about the situation, she kept saying it is not their fault. When I asked for an estimated date, she said with a cold tone ma'am

Compare to other government agencies, the Companies Branch is one of the best. I never had to wait in the line for long and the staff is usually quite helpful.

I wisited the Service Ontario on 11-Aug-2019.Regardless of all negative reviews, I had a very good experience with Service Ontario for my business issues.The place was not crowded. The young gentleman behind the counter was welcoming.He checked my documents, gave me a form and helped me to fill the form.He also answered all my questions very nicely.
