I had several issues with tax partners that triggered audits before going to DTS. Ermias has been doing my taxes for over 7 years and has shown consistency with my returns (eliminating further audits). Tax season is a stressful time and Ermias is always polite and speedy. I wouldn't consider myself an easy reviewer, so I would recommend those reading take 4-stars as a good sign :).

I didnt receive any documents from government after filing taxes here on April/19 for 2018. So I called after waiting 5months. The lady called back a day after I called and said somehow it didn't got sent. And said it has been sent now so wait until next week we will receive the mail. I am very upset that this actually happen after they charged 60$per person and didnt even apologized. She mumbled at first and I said what? Then she said with very soft voice I couldn't even hear. Now I have to pay the penalty as well for being a late payer. I would never come back to them to file my tax again.It was the worst service.
