Customer service is hands down the best part of Peterborough SUP. I bought an board on a Thursday and received it the following day (I live in Gatineau). I am so satisfied with my overall experience. HIGH FIVE TO KELLY !!!!

Myself and 4 kids had a wonderful time today, even in the rain, Drew the instructor was awesome and very patient with the kids. Definately would do it again.

Stopped in to purchase a new paddle and potentially upgrade my SUP. I was the only customer in the store and yet no one could be bothered to even greet me as I came in the door, nor ask me if I needed help. I came here because of the good reviews of friendly customer service. I guess business must be good if the staff could afford to pretend I wasn't there.

What a fun date idea! My fiancé and I had a blast! Staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating as we were coming from out of town and running a little behind! The lockers were great so we didn’t have to stress about our belongings! Honestly so much fun!!

Great experience. Excellent customer service, very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be back. We rented boards for the day, the lake/river is great- lots of areas to explore. The boards/paddles/jackets were all in great shape. Super impressed! Thanks for an awesome day

A fun way to spend a Saturday. arrange a group session or a private yoga lesson. The staff are super informative and happy to just get you on a board.
