Jason was absolutely a pleasure to work with! My Family and I, as first time buyers were looking to make a purchase, since there were literally bidding wars on everything, we kept trying our luck and losing. It came to a point where my Father decided that it's time to change our agent, and that's where Jason comes in. We ended up making an offer on the first home Jason showed us. It was perfect for us, but of course there were multiple offers on this one as well. Out of a total of 7 offers, Jason got us the win by keeping us WITHIN our budget and made sure we didn't over pay! Jason Ifraimov is an excellent agent! My husband and I are first-time home buyers… and very picky clients.
