Great developer. I've had the pleasure of working with Marnie, Deniz and Joe, on multiple occasions, who have all been professional and courteous from the start. They have always addressed any and all concerns quickly and efficiently. It's been over 2 years since we bought our home and I still receive the same awesome service from them today as we did when we first moved in. They don't forget about you. As for build quality, I approve! There hasn't been any major issue. Overall, we are happy with our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I purchased a townhome recently from Acorn Developments. The team was highly professional and quite knowledgeable. All my concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner, without feeling pressured to purchase. I would highly recommend them for your next home. They are a boutique builder with hands on approach. The details of their homes are top notch.

Definitely recommend this builder if you're looking for a new home. Everyone of my issues regarding my new home were attended to. Comparing some of the service I've seen other from builders, it could take months before you hear a response. Thank you for building my first dream home.

The WORST experience I ever had. Poor quality of materials and workmanship. Received the house with many defects where in some of them this builder didn't follow neither the Ontario Building Code nor the manufacture specification which affects the health and safety.They rejected to repair many defects where some of them were on the PDI. Their employees (management and customer service staffs) will try to convince you that this is normal to accept the defects where sometimes wrong information could be given to you. And when a cash settlement was offered by the management, they offered peanuts which was less than one quotation of one item.I ended up resolving all my issues with Tarion after my house privacy and security were intimidated.In addition to taking advantage of my situation during the sales process because of which I lost lot of money.I wish to share the full story but it would need pages and I believe that what I wrote above is highlighting the majors!

My husband and I have worked with many builders prior to purchasing a home with Acorn Developments. Unfortunately, the experiences have been extremely poor, lack of communication and transparency. Hence, we were hesitant to buy another home from a builder. Our experience with Acorn has been totally different, it's been great and their staff are super friendly and efficient. They respond quickly, very professional and they get it done. I rarely ever give reviews but Marnie, Deniz and the Acorn team have gone above and beyond!

My wife has learned about the good quality homes built by Acorn Developments for a long time. Recently, we purchased a new townhome from Acorn Developments. The townhome is solid and it was built with high quality material and good workmanship. We hired a home inspector to check out the home for us to ensure we have a professional review to identify any deficiencies we might not have noticed during our PDI inspection. The home inspector reported some items needing the builder’s attention to check/repair. At the end of the inspection, he commented this home was built with very good quality.I shared the home inspector’s findings with Marnie of Acorn Developments’ customer service team. I also asked her many questions about the materials used in my new home and where I could get more of the materials. Marnie responded promptly to all my questions. If she did not know the answers immediately, she would find me the answers and replied to me. She was always very patient and extremely helpful.Marnie scheduled the site Manager, Deniz, to visit us. Deniz checked through each of the listed items with us and explained what he was going to do to address the concerns. We found Deniz very knowledgeable in house construction and he was able to answer our questions about our new home. Back in the office, Marnie coordinated and scheduled the contractors and their experienced and courteous service person, Joe, to come to our home to make the required adjustments and repairs. Throughout this experience, we found the customer service team was very responsive, helpful and well-organized. Every contractor sent to my home is very professional and courteous. They were all here to resolve my concerns within reasonable time frame. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new home purchase experience with Acorn Developments and the after sales service by the every friendly and supportive person in its customer service team. We would highly recommend Acorn Developments to everyone.

I have had the pleasure of representing The Acorn Development Corporation in the sale of the luxurious Limerick Point community. Not only has it won a BILD Award for Best Luxury Home Design for it's impressive architecture and layout, but this is a builder that truly cares about their clients and wants them to have the best possible experience in purchasing their dream home. I have worked with other builders over the last 20 years, but I have never had such a positive experience. Thank you to the Acorn team for your hard work and dedication to putting this outstanding project together!!!!

Acorn is definitely a company you can trust and do business with. I bought a new house from them couple years ago. For some reason we didn't notice an issue. Since the warranty expired few years ago, I wasn't supposed to request anything from them. I had no idea how to fix it especially during covid19 and would like to get some suggestions. After sending out an email, they immediately responded to me and arranged technicians to fix it. I was very impressed with their quickly response and excellent services! They can simply ignore my email without any problem but they took serious steps to help me. Their professionalisms and ability to get to the bottom of the situations quickly exceeded my expectation! I would sincerely thank all of them for helping me solve this issue, well done Acorn!
